We picked this house for the location as it was very close to family that we were visiting. When we arrived at this property it was clear that the floors had not been cleaned any time recently, we had to make sure and clean any dishes we used before using them because they had not been properly cleaned. The back yard had garbage throughout the yard that we had to pick up.The towels did not seem like they had been cleaned properly.They have a container on the side of the house filled disgusting water that smelled and was moldy.Worst part about this property is that the hot tub cover was completely destroyed and unusable. The hot tub filter had not been maintained and replaced in accordance with the filter's own specifications. The hot tub covers deterioration could only be that bad after ages of sun and use and should have been replaced long ago. Then the owner tried to blame us for their lack of maintenance with the hot tub cover and use our purchased insurance on the property to replace the cover. These are not honest people.We took pictures of all the issues with this property as well, but we would not recommend staying here at all.
