Great place

We loved this property. It had everything that we needed. The owner left great instructions and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the comfy couch for hanging out.

Perfect for a family!

This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family with plenty of sleeping and gathering space. It is newer and clean and well-stocked. Kim was so easy to work with and quick to respond. Location is quiet with a nice walking area.

Cleanest Vacation Rental on VRBO

We LOVED our Thanksgiving stay at this rental! It was so clean and so comfortable and just so beautiful! Kim was so responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving. We are so grateful! Do not hesitate to book this rental!

Immaculate Town Home!

Beautiful town home, very clean. Check in process was a breeze. This home had all the amenities you might need. Kim went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and had a good time.

A Perfect Visit

Kim has created a comfortable and charming home-away-from-home! She has thought of absolutely everything to create a relaxing visit! Hers is a beautiful, spacious and quiet space in a very safe and charming neighborhood. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed, the grandchildrens' loft absolutely delightful! Thank you!

Our 10 year old granddaughter loved the princess bed. The beds and pillows werevery comfortable. We really enjoyed the variety of cooking and serving dishes. The air conditioner was so quiet we could not hear it running. The accomodations were perfect for our group of 6. Our host was attentive and met our needs. It was a great stay!

Wonderful!

We knew the moment that we arrived at our beautiful vacation home that it was going to be a wonderful week! The home was so warm and inviting. It was apparent that the host went to great lengths to ensure our satisfaction. There were little notes left throughout the property to inform us and make our stay even more pleasant. And what a great location! We shall return!

Amazing Hkme

Kim was beyond amazing with her home. She had her home decorated for the holidays and even went the extra mile when she knew our grandchildren would be over. She had toys and high chair available for us. Her home was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed and we were able to make memories with our family. We would love to stay here again. Top host for sure

Sometimes when you stay at a VRBO, the entry can be complicated. This time is was super easy! We arrived from the airport and found a big, very comfortable recliner couch which felt like home. We had not seen my Utah kids for three years so Sunday dinner was awesome since there was a full kitchen at our disposal. The bed was firm like hubby likes and we had everything we needed for toiletries. AND the owner didn’t need to but she mailed my ADD adult daughters make up back to us on her own dime. OH and the instructions on how to leave the VrBO were simple and straightforward. Thank you!

Beautiful Home & Fabulous Property Manager!!!

Kim was incredible to work with! She was very flexible and helpful to accommodate all our needs. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Her property is extremely clean and nicely decorated! We felt very comfortable in the home. She provided clear, detailed instructions for use of all household items which was really helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and has a nice big sidewalk leading to the lake. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this is definitely at the top! Would stay again and highly recommend to others!

We LOVED our stay!

We traveled with our family of 7 and this place was perfect for us. My kids loved it. From the cute lights on the kids bed to the toys that were there and even board games for a family game night, this place has it all. We especially benefited from the crib and high chair and stair gate that Kim had, it was nice to not have to bring those big items with us. The place was really clean and personally I liked that Kim didn’t have strong plug in scents but you can still tell her place is clean. plenty of clean blankets and towels. Communication with Kim was also fantastic. She was available and responded quick and had notes throughout her place so we knew exactly how to use things.

Weekend getaway

We would definitely stay here again. Townhome was awesome. Very nice and clean. The kitchen what can we say it just has everything you need. All items are nicely labeled with instructions. Upstairs where bedrooms are located was great. Our granddaughter just loved the area where there is lots of books, toys and a cute pink bed. All other rooms were nicely decorated and labeled with information. Location of this townhome was just minutes away from shopping area. Home is accommodating for single, couples and family with kids'/ infants. Communicating with owners was easy and quick. Lots of parking and a nice front lawn. Checking out was very easy and simple no stress at all. Triple stars from our family.

This has been the best! We had every accommodation we needed, including for a newborn baby. Great communication with Kim. It’s halfway between Salt Lake and Provo, so it’s the best of both worlds. We definitely would stay here again!
