The house was immaculate and the clear/detailed/concise instructions provided by the host about the particulars of the house were excellent. Convenient location for the event we attended and close to shops and good eats. Great value for the price and would definitely stay here again.

This place was quiet at night, clean, and match exactly how it was described. We were close shopping and food and highway access.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and with plenty of room to accommodate our 7 person family. Our host was very communicative and the check in and check out process was seamless.We were able to enjoy some of the community amenities as well including the pool and pickle ball court. Our kids enjoyed having a tv in every room which was a treat for them on vacation.At the time of booking it wasn’t the most expensive option on VRBO, but felt nice and new to feel like it could have been. We would book again at this location.

Overall good. I would call it 3 bedrooms. The 4th room is clear downstairs with a couch not a bed. We were planning to swim, but the pool was closed.

This property in American Fork was very centrally located to grocery stores, eating establishments, I-15, and lots of fun!!!!! The Condo was beautiful and worked great for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The host was exceptional and provided easy check-in and out directions, codes, wifi, etc. We enjoyed the pool as well. When we ran out of Dishwasher detergent, she had it sent and we received it that night! That is great service. Next time you're in town, stay at this beautiful condo that has lots of open space with a well supplied kitchen and comfy beds. We'll definitely be back.
