“This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t...

“This cabin was exactly what we needed to re-charge! It was a very relaxing stay, and even with an area power outage, this cabin was just amazing! We spent 3 days here and never left the cabin. If you need a get-away, this is a great cabin! The ONLY thing we would have liked to add to this stay is perhaps a fire pit outside (or even a wood ring on the porch?) But that is just our preference, not a requirement. ”

“Our family of 18 had a wonderful long-weekend at Lake Buckhorn Lodge. Ranging in age from 9 months to mid-60s, everyone had a great time. The living spaces provided plenty of room for us to gather, and the kitchen was well-equipped for a large group. The incredible sports bar/game room kept us all entertained. We especially enjoyed having use of the kayaks and canoes for the lake. We plan to return for our next family reunion.”

“We loved this place. The back porch and firepit area were well used. We were provide with all the little necessities to make our stay great. The host, Scott, went above and beyond by letting us know, without prompting, that early check in was available the day of our arrival. We explored the area and fished from the deck beside the water.
