The Space:

Nestled on the edge of a forest in the Eola Hills, The Perch is a serene escape with sweeping views of the valley, nearby vineyards, and the rolling Amity Hills. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom modern farmhouse-style home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.



The interior is filled with bright, natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The great room features a cozy wood stove, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes modern appliances and a large island, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. Each of the four spacious suites features a comfortable king bed, plush linens, and charming décor, ensuring a restful stay.

Guest Access:

Ample free parking is available on the premises for multiple vehicles.



Please note that the garage, an outdoor shed, and one locked storage closet are not accessible to guests.

The Perch is located about 10 minutes from the little town of Amity. Twenty minutes away is McMinnville - the heart of Wine Country. A car is needed to get around the Eloa Hills and surrounding wine valley. We have shuttle options in our guidebooks as well.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure you have a wonderful stay, please keep the following in mind:

- Due to our beautiful rural setting, you may occasionally see insects or other wildlife. The home is professionally treated for pests on a regular basis.

- The landscaper typically visits on Friday mornings around 10:00 AM.

- The hot tub is professionally serviced weekly, either on a Monday or Tuesday.

- The wood stove is available for your use. Guests are kindly asked to provide their own firewood.

- The home's Wi-Fi can sometimes slow down when multiple devices are streaming simultaneously.

- Pet friendly with additional pet fee. Dogs only, no cats permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless and independent stay. The owner's family lives next door, so while you will have complete privacy in your home, we are nearby if any urgent needs arise. Interaction can be as much or as little as you prefer.
