Moitas is a tranquil village that has already attracted people from all over the world who have chosen to live in this paradise. Casa KOA is the perfect place to enjoy carefree days. Casa KOA is open and welcoming, designed to hold the best energies. It's approximately 80m from the beach! It's a house with two generous suites, both family-sized (with a queen-size double bed and a single bunk bed), air conditioning, and spacious bathrooms with hot showers. One of them even has a private internal garden. The kitchen is large, fully equipped with utensils to ensure your stay is filled with delightful moments, integrated with a spacious living and dining veranda. Our daily rate includes maid service, which also prepares breakfast (guests must bring their own ingredients/food), gardener, and pool maintenance to make your experience as pleasant as possible. We also offer an additional (extra) cleaning service for your complete convenience. We also offer an additional (extra) night watchman service, should guests be interested. Our deck and pool are perfect for watching the time go by and witnessing the daily spectacle of the sunset, when the beauty changes color and the house transforms as night falls.
