“Very rude behavior, no smiling on staffs face at all, room like small box can't walk in the room, even not one window for natural light.I won't stay in this hotel again.:(. ”

“Family Suites was convenient. Showers had too much pressure and caused water to go everywhere. They have calcium buildup.”

“Please mention fixed Dinner Menu rather then mentioning Half Board, it’s easy for check-in guests”

“Staff very helpful and always greeted me, offered cold water at very opportunity This was a welcoming hotel, as my original hotel had stopped having Expedia guests since December 2025, even though I booked in August 2026, so it was a shock to arrive and have no where to stay but Purri Palace welcomed me”

“It’s was okay needs more cleaning .Overall it’s is okay and affordable.”
