Apartment for 4 persons situated at park!

  • Special accommodation for 4 people in the center of Amsterdam, very suitable for families. In the middle of the green 'Plantage' area, which used to be a Jewish quarter. Nearby where everything happens (15-20 minutes on foot), but in a calm and friendly environment. Ideal place for families who want to explore Amsterdam. The famous Artis zoo is around the corner. Lots of museums, pubs and restaurants really close by.
    We expect you to respect the attention and care we have given to the apartment. We have done our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have refurbished everything.
    We expect you to leave the apartment in the state as you found it.
    You may not smoke in the apartment and not in front of the front door. If you smoke, we kindly ask you to smoke across the street - combine with a walk through the park?

Great location, comfortable, warm and quiet apartment walking distance to lots of things and close to public transport. Lots of recommendations by the hosts who were responsive and helpful. Would stay again and recommend for families.

great getaway

the location was perfect for our family of four (older kids 17 and 20), it was clean and quiet, but easy to get to all the must-sees in Amsterdam. We enjoyed the location near to the parks and garden. The hosts communicated clearly with a lot of helpful information about our stay.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely area

We really enjoyed a family stay in this apartment. It is in a vibrant yet relaxed area, with some lovely bars and cafes a stones throw away, as well as the botanical gardens. Hosts were very helpful, with good communication and the apartment was spotless and comfortable.

Schöne, ruhige Lage

Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung von der man innerhalb von 30 Minuten bequem zu Fuß die wichtigsten Punkte erreichen kann.Sehr gut waren die Hinweise des Vermieters, was das Parken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants betrifft. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Nice place in a great area

Nice apartment in a quiet area of the city, yet close to everything. Stayed there with my wife and two college aged kids. It was perfect for us.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is awesome, we could walk everywhere. Erik was a very helpful host and gave great recommendations. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you could need.

Great place to stay short walk to main area of Amsterdam

This place was a great place to stay. Quiet and a nice park just across the street. We walked everywhere from there. Communication was great and good recommendations for restaurants. Thanks Resalieke and Erik for an awesome stay.

Great place to stay

The accommodations were great. The owner was super responsive and friendly. The location was right where you want to be - rent a bike and you are close to everything without being caught in the traffic. Great little park across the street and pub at the corner.

Great location central to a lot of sights we wanted to see. The kids like their long room, beds and air conditioning. We found the main bed to be a little awkward and not as comfortable. Hosts had good information about what's around the area. We had a few issues with the apartment, Erik-Jan made it right.

April stay 2023

This is a great apartment. Very convenient walking to places of interest. Also an easy walk from the Central Station. Lots of decent restaurants nearby, and host provided lots of useful info prior to arrival. Felt very safe here. Would stay again if we return to the city.

Ideally located accommodation. Very good advice given by Erik-Jan about the facilities in the neighbourhood (breakfast, lunch, etc.) and about what there is to see in Amsterdam. Thank you for all your kindness.Only comment, the flat is getting old and needs some renovation.

Has all we needed!

Nice apartment that can accommodate up to 4 adults (we were 3). Dam square and the centre are walking distance, even for us in our 70's. The hosts are very helpful and the accommodation is secure.

Nice spot and great location

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a nice area around a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. It was also closely situated to the Zoo and the University in a neighborhood of locals. This gave it a nice mix of energy while we were walking around. We could easily walk to Centraal Station, Rembrandt Square, and all of the major museums. There is a light rail stop one block away, which we also appreciated.

The area is quiet, clean, safe and easy to get to Dam Square or Central station about 20 minutes. The host kept contact to ensure all is well and if any assistance was required. The apartment was in a ideal location and everything we needed for a short break away.

Cute apartment in nice neighborhood

Nice basement apartment in quiet residential neighborhood. Close to public transportation and around 20-minute walk to city center. Kitchen was handy, with grocery in walking distance. Great air conditioning and washer/dryer was a lifesaver during a multi-city vacation.

Great for our family

Apartment is clean, roomy, and has a washer dryer which was helpful. Not a full kitchen but fridge and toaster oven were helpful to not have to eat every meal out. Two rooms gave us and our teens some privacy and it was centrally located to explore the city. Hosts were friendly and helpful. This was a great base for our Amsterdam stay!
