Este es un apartamento de 2 habitaciones, la segunda cama está ubicada en el área de espacio abierto dentro de la sala de estar grande (lea la descripción a continuación).
Debido a las reglas de restricción de ruido impuestas por la ciudad de Ámsterdam en el área de patrimonio protegido de la Unesco, no podemos acomodar multitudes, fiestas o grupos de fumadores jóvenes. Lo siento por los inconvenientes ocasionados.

Ubicación
Un hermoso e impecable apartamento de 2 habitaciones en el corazón del distrito del Canal de la Humanidad de la Unesco. Escondido en una calle tranquila pero a poca distancia de las principales atracciones (distrito de los museos, Rembrandtplein, plaza Dam). Echa un vistazo a algunas de las mejores tiendas, cafés acogedores y puntos de moda en la ciudad a la vuelta de la esquina en Utrechtsestraat, una animada calle que existe desde 1658.

Descripción
El apartamento está ubicado en el primer piso (equivalente al segundo piso en los EE. UU.) De un edificio del siglo XIX, por lo que no es necesario subir demasiadas escaleras. Hay dos amplias habitaciones a cada lado del apartamento. Una habitación tiene una cama matrimonial y se abre a un hermoso balcón con vistas a las encantadoras casas históricas de Ámsterdam. La otra habitación da a una calle muy tranquila con edificios típicos del siglo XVII. Esta habitación es más grande y cuenta con una nueva cama tamaño queen (diciembre de 2018), una cocina completamente equipada y nueva, una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas y una televisión inteligente. Ambas habitaciones tienen puertas y ofrecen mucha privacidad. Cuarto de baño privado (con doble lavabo y bañera), un inodoro separado y un lavadero pequeño con la lavadora.

this is a large clean apartment in a great location. On a side street so very quiet but a 3 minute walk from the tram. Very large and well furnished. And also really clean.

Location in central Amsterdam was ideal for us as everything was within walking distance: restaurants, grocery, tram, metro, etc. Popular tourist attractions were within a 20 minute walk or a short tram ride away. Glad we did not come with a car-parking would have been a hassle and it really isn't needed to begin with. Property was clean and on a quiet street. Owner was accommodating and responsive. Getting there and check-in instructions were clear. Washing machine and drying rack were available for laundry. Microwave and hot plate but no stove - it did not impact us since we ate out most of the time. Enjoyed our week-long stay!

The apartment was in a great location and with in walking distance to most sites as well as the metro and tram stop. You can't cook in the apartment which wasn't an issue for us but if you are planning on making stuff there is only a microwave. There is a Nespresso machine but you will need to pick up your own pods. The owner said there were a few in the pantry from the last guest but suggested we purchase more. I feel like this is something that should be provided to guests but that's just my personal opinion. The owners live directly upstairs so if that is an issue for you it's just something to note. We never even saw them and the building itself was quiet. Our son did mention noise at night from the street but not a huge issue. There is a door that separates the kitchen/living/extra bed area and the main bedroom so privacy isn't an issue if you have a teenager but there isn't a couch so if your hanging out you are sitting on their bed.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location but just wanted to add some additional notes if you are thinking about booking.

Perfect location for a visit to Amsterdam. It’s located in a charming neighborhood with lots of places to eat close by. The flat was very clean and well appointed. Our host was an excellent communicator before and during our trip.

We really enjoyed our time at this apartment. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Italian restaurant a few doors down was excellent, we ate there twice!Gabriela met us at the apartment and allowed us to check in early. She gave us a brief rundown on the apartment and the neighborhood, which was nice.The only minor downside was, the toilet room was a bit small, but it did not detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything that it was convenient. Had great shops, food, and a grocery store near. Close to the canal. It was far enough away from all of the really crazy tourist locations that it was calm. Nice to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the calm and quiet of the back garden area. If you want to be in the middle of a touristy area, this isn’t for you. If you want some quiet and you want to feel private and calm- book now! A quick 10 minute walk to the Albert Cuyp Market, 20 to the museums and about the same to the Anne Frank house. We walked everywhere, but there was a tram stop nearby. We’d go explore. Come home for a bit, then head back out to explore some more. The apartment was clean. Had all the things you could need for comfort. Great that it had a washing machine. It was the last bit of our trip so we needed that. The quick conversation we had when we checked in was very helpful. The owners are very kind. I highly recommend. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Loved this experience.

This apartment was perfect. It was located in a really central area but it was like staying in a little town of its own. Our apartment was in a very quiet street with lovely views over the back gardens. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. At one end of the street were so many great restaurants including Michelin starred restaurants and at the other end a wonderful canal. The tram was just around the corner and we could walk to a canal tour, Van Gogh’s Museum and the Rijksmussen. Than you Tjerk and Esther for having such a lovely apartment.

Absolutes Schmuckstück

Die Eigentümer waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir sind zu dritt gereist, für diese Gruppengröße war das Appartement ideal. Nette Cafés und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Nur den Lärm von der Straße konnte man auch nachts hören. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!
