Excellent location, very convenient. Host ( Roy) was very friendly and communicated daily, ensuring our needs were met. Met him in person at check out, a nice way to end our stay.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr einfach, aber für den Preis total okay. Auf den Bildern war für uns nicht ersichtlich, ob die Zimmer wirklich getrennt sind, aber ja, sind sie. Man hört halt sehr gut durch Aber Lage und Gastgeber waren super! Gerne wieder.

It is an easy 10 minute walk from Eurostar station. Shops in the area. Several cafes and restaurants. Establishment nice, clean, bright with great view of canal and our host Roy was very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam.

We had a great stay. Our host has been very proactive by sending information with accuracy and in advance. The location is central and walking distance from many places to visit. Fantastic experience. Amsterdam is a great city and we had an excellent weather.

Our stay at Bed'njoy was one of the highlights of our Amsterdam trip, and a big part of that was Roy. He is an awesome host. Communication was excellent from the first message right through to check out, and the local advice he shared with us saved us a lot of time and guesswork. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is hard to beat. We were a short walk from Centraal Station, so arriving with luggage was easy, and Dam Square, the canals and the main museums were all comfortably on foot from the front door. The apartment itself was spotless and everything worked exactly as described. It was a comfortable fit for the three of us, with plenty of room to spread out our bags, and the view over the water was every bit as good as the photos suggest. Sitting up there with a coffee in the morning was a lovely way to start the day. Amsterdam is not a cheap city, and this felt like really good value for such a central spot with that much character. Thanks Roy for making it so easy. We would happily book with you again, and we would recommend Bed'njoy to anyone who wants to be in the middle of everything.

Location of the apartment is convenient to train station and near lots of restaurants (several recommended by host) and all the places you want to visit; on days when weather was miserable we didn’t mind staying in because the view is “Amsterdam”. Hope to stay here again!

Great stay - very chilled and friendly property manager. Good location not too far from main attractions. A little noisy with traffic noise but that’s because I couldn’t work out how to shut the window! Overall great stay for me and my dad!

A Perfect location with a warm host

The host was excellent and the stay was pleasant. I would certainly recommend this spot if you want to be near Central Station and close to all the excitement of Amsterdam.

Host was great and helpful. Not much of a kitchen area but we didn’t spend a lot of time there since we were exploring Amsterdam. It really seems like 1 full bathroom since the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, but that is actually a plus since one person couldn’t tie up both rooms. Overall had a great time.

Perfect stay!

Everything about this property is perfect! From communication with Roy, check in, to the beautiful canal views was great. Convenient to train station, shops, restaurants and walking around the canals. The accommodations were clean and it was great to have 2 sinks when getting ready. Would definitely stay here again!
