The Neighborhood:

LOCATION/REACHABILITY

The location is very central in Amsterdam West, Amsterdams upcoming trendy area. It's only 2-minutes from the beautiful Rembrandpark, creative entrepeneurs in the school, and the international well-known arcade hall with lots of games: TonTon club Puck.

Besides that, lots of convenience stores and restaurants and Ten Kate market are quitte close. With a bike (which we can arrange for you), its onlky 6 minutes cycling. Also, the foodhalls, with lots of reastaurants, is only 9 minutes by bike. Surrounded by locals, lots of parks, creative people and expats, this part of Amsterdam is close by all hotspots, but has still not been discovered by the majority of tourists yet.



A well-rounded neighbourhood with amenities including playgrounds, cafés and restaurants, sports centres. The number of events and exhibitions is also gaining momentum. Rembrandpark and the Sloterplas (lake) are just a few blocks away (450 meters) with lots of outdoor sport possibilities, urban beach, swimming pool and boat rentals.



Getting Around:

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Public transportation is right around the corner and can easily take you to and from any location you wish to visit in Amsterdam! Metro, tram and bus stop at a 2 minute walking distance. For example to the Museum discrict or famous Westergasterrein where lots of events take place.

- very good connection with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (train to Lelylaan: 6 minutes, after that: walking distance: 1,2 km)



CAR OR TAXI

The highway, ring A10, is just a few minutes away. The taxi or Uber from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol can bring you to the apartment in 12 minutes for around 20 euros (during rush hour it will take you a little longer and is therefor more expensive). There is lots of parking space just in front of the studio. That's unique in Amsterdam!
