Regarding to the mentioned issues we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that has happened during your stay. We have checked with all our colleagues about the missing item, however nothing was found. According to our service schedule, we change the linen completely once every three nights and every day we provide our guests with new towels and coffee & tea. In case of any extra requirements, we are always more than happy to help you out!
