Muy lindo, pero sucio
Llegamos y la verdad q el hotel esta muy bien ubicado! La zona es accesible y se siente segura y muy bien. Las condiciones del hotel dejaron mucho q desear por dentro, las alfombras súper gastadas, las habitaciones sucias, nos toco una donde se notaba q hacía dos no aspiraban la alfombra, y para culminar, no hicieron limpieza del cuarto en el día q estuvimos (solo paramos 2 noches allí)

La ubicación es lo mejor. La limpieza podría ser mejorada ya que muchas veces tuve q pedir toallas o la reposición del café. Adicionaría más comidas al restaurante ya que solo te ofrecen pizza por la noche.

Nos toco en el edificio anexo, 4 noches y no hacían bien la limpieza en la habitación solo acomodaban las sabanas en las camas, dejaban cestos de basura sin limpiar y cambiaban toallas según quisieran. Fuero de eso todo lo demás bien.

It was a great experience staying in the hotel, the room was very comfortable and It was very near the principal museums like the Van Goh, which was my target, also very near of nice restaurants and shopping stores.

super recomendable
En realidad gracias a la amabilidad del encargado del hotel me termine hospendando en otro hotel que esta a muy pocas cuadras y que es exactamente igual al hotel Roemers. Cuando llegue a la recepcion del hotel Roemers a la mañana y despues de casi 22 horas de viaje como aun no habia habitacion disponible me ofrecieron ir a otro hotel de ellos que se llama Hotel JL N°76 y que esta a unas pocas cuadras . Realmente el hotel me parecio muy bueno y con una ubicacion perfecta , estaba a una cuadra y media de la plaza de los museos. El personal en todo momento muy amable

El Staff fue muy amable, el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, y tiene un estilo moderno muy agrdable, las habitaciones son pequeñas, el baño también, pero el precio de la habitación es justo. La ubicación es buena, cerca del área de los museos. El desayuno es caro comparado con otros, pero está rico. Sí volvería gustosamente a este hotel

Nos tenian asignada una habitacion chica e incomoda por unas vigas en diagonal que en cualquier momento uno se pegaba un cabezazo. Despues de reclamar nos asignaron otra habitacion bastante mas comoda. Hotel sin ambiente y sin un bar como corresponde a un 4 estrellas.

Comfortable hotel just outside of downtown, near the park. Easy to walk everywhere downtown without actually being in the middle of things. Space felt very home-y, very comfortable. I am not a big fan of carpeted rooms, but this one felt clean and well maintained. The bathroom was large and comfortable to use, with a very large tub that you could essentially use as a personal hot tub. There was also a nice balcony in the room that would face the inner courtyard. All in all a very comfortable stay with helpful staff. Would stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of wear and tear around some fixtures and fittings, but nothing to cause concern. Facilities rated average just because it was essentially a room only, which is all I expected and required.

Location, staff, room - all lovely, really. I was seeking an affordable option with the right location and this was a very good choice. Room was clean, well equipped and I even had a balcony. Bathroom was very large with bathtub and separate shower. Small fridge, safe, regular housekeeping, and a king size bed that was very comfortable sealed the deal. A few little rough spots here and there with the furnishings but nothing that would deminish my review. This is a great choice for a budget traveler seeking real bang for their buck. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I even had an electrical outage based on a faulty coffee maker and in under 30 minutes the issue was resolved and a new machine was offered. Bus to airport was around the corner, 2 tram lines within 5 min walk. Go for it.

Great location. Very convenient to transportation. Close to a park and restaurants. Nice breakfast. Downsides were minor but room keys consistently failed and we had to be let inside by front desk workers, room had difficulty maintaining a reasonable temperature regardless of thermostat setting, and we had to plug the shower drain with a towel when not in use to reduce odor (possibly bad p-trap). Overall I'd stay there again.

Nice part of the city, especially if you want to explore Amsterdam museums. Good breakfast options. Bathroom in our room had an unpleasant smell.

Stay here because of the location.
Location was terrific and the staff was very, very nice. Room was larger than I expected. Close to tram and bus lines. Mattress was a bit tired. Room was very adequate but not special. My review would be much higher but for the cost of the room.

Buona posizione, la stanza lascia a desiderare.
Hotel in ottima posizione, staff gentile e disponibile. Arredo della stanza molto scarno. Difficilmente giustificabile l'assenza di un minifrigo e di un armadio per un hotel a 4 stelle.
