Modern yet cozy houseboat

  • Mi casa flotante es un lugar encantador, tranquilo y confortable para alojarse en Amsterdam, cerca del Teatro Carré, el Hermitage, el Hortus Botanicus, el Zoológico Artis y muchos otros lugares turísticos famosos y, por último, pero no menos importante, el río Amstel. ¡Disfruta Amsterdam desde dentro!

    La casa flotante le ofrece un dormitorio de buen gusto, un baño moderno, una cocina de lujo y una sala de estar cálida y cómoda con una hermosa vista al canal. Disfrute de la vista y el ambiente tranquilo desde detrás de las amplias ventanas o desde la terraza.

    Mi lugar es una casa flotante muy estable, sólida y bien mantenida. Me gusta compartir mi bote con huéspedes de todo el mundo, porque es una forma de vida tan típica y única de Ámsterdam.

    Nuevo en esta plataforma, por lo que aún no hay reseñas. Sin embargo, ¡soy un superhost en otras plataformas! ;-) Espero darle la bienvenida como invitados!

The pictures of the houseboat in the ad were accurate - it is very nice and immaculately clean. The landlord is nice and very helpful and responded very quickly to our every question/concern. It also is in a very nice location - we were very happy we spent the extra money to stay in the canal district ON a canal - another thing off my bucket list!

Amazing location on a quiet section of canal. Albert was very responsive and shared some helpful recommendations for tours and restaurants. Lovely spot. Would definitely book again. There were 3 of us and my teenage son was perfectly comfortable on the pull out bed.

We recently finished an extended stay in this exceptional home. This place has what you need whether for cooking meals, lounging or just hanging out. And, don’t forget to take in the beautiful sunsets from your deck!Multiple wonderful cafes and bakeries are nearby as well as Tram and Metro stations. Close enough to get to the city center quickly, yet far enough for a quiet neighborhood vibe to return to.Thank you Albert, for everything!B&M

Amazing weekend in an amazing city and staying on a house boat made it all the more enjoyable. The house is well maintained and close enough to walk to great cafes, shops, and museums. We would definitely stay again. Albert was very helpful and an excellent host!

Great stay. Albert was a lovely host. The house boat was clean, accessible, an had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The bed was lovely as was th kitchen and river view. Everything was within easy walking distance

A wonderful central location, a nicely decorated house boat, and a lovely Amsterdam experience overall. Albert our host met us at check in. We appreciated the very well equipped kitchen (including spices, olive oil, espresso machine etc). A great bakery a few blocks away - Bakhuys. We’d love to come back.

The house boat is a floating oasis of quiet and comfort in a very busy city. Very private. Every day, after exploring the beauty of Amsterdam we would return to our boat and relax with the canal to entertain us - birds, boats, jumping fish. The place was well equipped and very comfortable, warm and relaxing, great bed and nice linens, hot shower. The outdoor patio was a bonus. We loved it. Highly recommend!

Our own houseboat! What an amazingly unique experience. We loved Albert’s houseboat. The generous windows facing the canal offer water level views. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying a glass of wine watching the canal cruises, paddle boarders, and bridge activity. We were visited frequently by friendly ducks. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bedroom shade offers total blackout. We cooked one dinner and one breakfast on the boat and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the universal chargers, iron/board, and in particular the washer and dryer! We hacks dinner with some locals and they were jealous of our dryer. Albert communicated quickly and answered all of our questions and needs. His city guide was very helpful for grocery and other recs. We hope to return very soon to our home away from home in Amsterdam, Albert’s houseboat!

Tranquility on the Water!

Wonderful accommodations in a central location. Well appointed and affordable houseboat was a perfect place for our long weekend in AMS. Highly Recommend!
