Spacious 2-bedroom cabin on a private 40+ acre ranch near Whistle Lake. Sleeps 9 with cozy ranch décor, a full kitchen, and a inviting space to dine. SPACE:

Cabin 2 is a spacious and versatile retreat tucked within the quiet forested hillside of Scimitar Ridge Ranch. Designed to accommodate families and small groups, this 2-bedroom cabin features rustic ranch-style décor, warm wood accents, and an open, welcoming layout.

The main sleeping area has sliding barn doors and includes a queen bed and bunk beds (sleeps 4). A second private room features a unique bunk setup with a full-size bed on the bottom and single beds above, sleeping 5 comfortably. The cabin also includes a full kitchen, a large dining area, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and full vanity.

Located within Scimitar Ridge Ranch, this cabin sits atop a secluded hillside just outside Anacortes, WA. The drive to the cabin takes you about a mile through the private ranch on mostly paved roads, passing lush landscapes, forest groves, and peaceful pastureland.



Despite its quiet setting, the cabin is close to top local attractions:

######## TRANSIT ########

We recommend having your own vehicle to access the ranch and nearby attractions. The cabin is reached via a one-mile drive through the ranch, mostly paved and well-maintained. Free parking is available near the cabin in designated areas.

Popular destinations like downtown Anacortes, Whistle Lake, Deception Pass, and Mount Erie are all within 10 miles, making this an ideal base for your Pacific Northwest adventure.

◆ We provide starter supplies (toiletries, dish soap, paper goods), but bring extras for longer stays.

◆ Linens and towels are provided. You may bring extras, especially for outdoor adventures.

◆ No pets or smoking allowed anywhere on ranch property.

◆ Please be mindful of quiet hours after 10 PM.

◆ Ranch roads are narrow and winding. Drive slowly (10 MPH) and watch for wildlife, people, and signs.

◆ Wi-Fi is available, though cell signal may vary in remote areas.

◆ Guests are asked to respect other cabins and buildings, remaining within the areas reserved for their group.

◆ The building has other facilities and rooms that may be used by other guests of staff members.

◆ Laundry Service Available: During weekdays (Mon–Fri), we offer optional laundry service for $50 per 13-gallon bag (wash & dry). To request, contact host upon arrival to arrange.



######## ADDITIONAL RULES ########

1. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early or late check-ins require approval ($100/hour fee).

2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - No outdoor music or loud gatherings.

3. Occupancy Limit: No unregistered guests on the property at any time. Extra guests: $100/person/night

4. Parking: Park only in designated gravel areas. No parking on grass, roads, or near other buildings. Violations: $150 fine

5. Property Access: Access to Cabin 2 and surrounding outdoor spaces only. Do not enter other buildings or cabins.

6. Smoking & Pets: No smoking indoors. No pets allowed.

7. Septic System: Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or feminine products. Violations: $700 fee

8. Trash & Cleanup: Bag and dispose of all trash in outdoor bins. Wash and store all dishes. Turn off lights, close windows, and lock doors.

9. General Conduct: No parties or unapproved gatherings. Respect other guests and the property. Supervise children at all times.
