“The location was great, loved the motion outdoor lights and how quiet it was. As a host also, there are some things I would have preferred that can be upgraded such as the blow dryer, and a better iron. There were 4 of us and we were left 3 towels and 1 bathing towel, that’s one thing I always check when we I have guests to ensure that they don’t have to reach out for these simple things. “Upon arrival, we found the gate locked even though we were told it would be open for easy access. We waited outside for about 30 minutes until the host opened the gate, and no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable—the floors were sticky, the coffee pot had old tea/coffee residue, the bed sheets had not been changed and had visible black hair from previous guests (my wife is blonde), and the bathroom baseboards were dirty.”
