Pool & Hot Tub:
Pool and hot tub are not permanently heated at all times.
Pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.
Host can turn on hot tub at anytime (can have the hot tub ready for when you get back home after a long day!).
There is no charge to heat hot tub, any temperature. Guest has a remote to control the hot tub.

Pool heating is 3 day minimum and must be consecutive days. First day of heating flat rate $50 (summer) or $100 (winter). Pool heating must be arranged and paid in advanced. During winter, pool will take an entire day to heat up, plan accordingly.

Pool heating Summer rates (June-September):
First day heating $50.
Subsequent heating:
up to 85° = $20 day.
86°- 90° = $30 day.
91° - 95° = $50 day.
96°+ = $70 day.

Pool heating Winter rates (October - May):
First day heating $100.
Subsequent heating:
Up to 80° = $40 day.
81° - 85° = $50 day.
86° - 90° = $60 day.
91° - 95° = $70 day.
96°+ = $90 day.

No parties whatsoever.

Not allowed: recreational vehicle, bus, boat, trailer, camper, or personal water craft.

After you buy your Disneyland tickets you must also make a reservation with Disneyland to go on your desired days! (up to 120 days in advance).

3 night minimum stay.
Maximum 10 occupants.

In compliance with Anaheim's Loud and Unreasonable Noise Ordinance, you and your party must avoid creating "loud or unreasonable noise" between the hours of 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.

Outdoor security cameras are for security purposes only. There are no interior cameras. All security cameras are located on the outside of the house. Security camera locations: Front door, front left side of house, front right side of house, driveway, back/garage door area, rear right side of pool area, rear left side of pool area. Pool and hot tub are in view of security cameras. Host is the only one with access to cameras.
