Our family selected the property in part because of the focused advertisement for the pool and hot tub (it's the centerpiece of the photos). However, when we arrived the pool and hot tub were cold, and dirty. (sediment on the bottom of the pool, leaves and such on top). We had paid extra to have the pool heated during the off season. The manager did send someone the day after we arrived to address our concerns, but the hot tub never did get hot and the pool was finally warm on our last day there. Fortunately we were still able to use the pool multiple days due to the sunny warm weather.

Close to Disney House

We rented the house for 6 days for our family trip to Disney. There were 13 of us. Starting with the Pros...house was in good condition and the photos did a good job of representing the home. There were 8 bedrooms and 4 baths..so each adult couple had their own bed. Plenty of indoor /outdoor seating and common areas were spacious. The furniture is in good shape and not worn/torn. Plenty of bed pillows, towels, blankets..etc. Playroom was excellent for adults but not really for children. 2 sets of washer/dryers was a definite bonus . Pool and hot tub were well maintained. The host was very accessible when we had any issues and very responsive. Cons: In the kitchen there were a couple of drawers that if you pulled them out too far they would've fallen out. The thermostat was able to be controlled by the house and also the host. They wanted the air no lower than 78 but there wasn't air flow plus 13 people added heat. So we would turn the AC lower and the host would turn it back up....pretty aggravating....it must've been an issue before because they had a few fans in the house but realistically they should put ceiling fans in the home. 78 degrees in the summer with so many people isn't realistic. There is a pool box by the pool that hold pool supplies/toys that needs to be purged. You could tell some of the items had been there awhile and should've been thrown away. Overall I would recommend this home just some small details that need to be addressed.

Travelling for work

We loved the spaciousness when travelling with 8 work colleagues. We each had our own bedroom. Were able to cook meals with well stocked kitchen. One concern was a lack of hot water but owner quick to resolve. Very nice quiet neighbourhood. Pool and hot tub and nice outdoor space a great addition.

Wonderful place for a family stay!

We lived the location! Not far from Disney and grocery stores and all we needed. The home was lovely and comfortable and it was very fun to have the pool and the game room!

Top Notch

Great communication with owner. This is a very comfortable and well outfitted home with a ton of sleeping space. It has a really fun game room and 2 sets of laundry- much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Conveniently Located

Thank you for sharing your home with us, it made our trip to Disneyland really convenient--just a few minutes away by car. It was especially nice to have a hot tub (additional fee) to use at the end of a tiring day. Our entire family of 18 fit in the house with plenty of bathroom and living space, and there was even a crib and high chair for the baby. Host was easy to contact and always quick to reply with questions/needs. Please see private message for suggestions.

GREAT CALIFORNIA VACATION

Property is VERY convenient to the parks, train station, shopping and highways. Family gathering spaces are ample. Outdoor spaces are GREAT!! Would DEFINITELY book here again. 🙂

We loved this property and you will too!

This house was perfect for the 16 of us that got together in Orange County to celebrate my daughter's graduation. It was easy access for the activities around Chapman's campus. The game room in the garage was a great escape for those that were not wanting to be engaged with the rest of the group. The pool was nice too with the hot tub easy to get access to heat up as needed. The grounds were well kept and the rooms left everyone sleeping comfortably. We will definitely be back! I strongly recommend this property for large groups of family/friends that are traveling in the area.
