- Please note that the driveway is shared with guests staying in the detached ADU located at the rear of the property. We kindly ask all guests to respect one another's privacy and avoid disturbing other guests.

▪ To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties, large gatherings, or events. We utilize the "Minut Smart Home Sensor" which has the feature of measuring noise decibel levels inside of our home. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering, all guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
▪Turn off all gas stove burners, ovens, fans, & AC/Heater prior to leaving home.
▪ No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10:00pm.
▪ No shoes inside the property.
▪ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
▪ No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
*Note: Our Minut Smart Home Sensor also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping pens.
▪ Check-in time is 4 PM.
▪ Checkout time is 10 AM.
▪ No Extra/Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
