No parties or events on the premises

Absolutely no outdoor music at any time; outdoor activities must stay at a reasonable volume and cease after 10 PM

The game room is available for entertainment at any time

Max occupancy: 15 guests (infants under 2 not counted)

Rate covers 10 guests; $30 per night for each additional guest

Minimum age of responsible party: 21

Minimum stay: 3 nights

No visitors without host approval

No pets without host approval

No smoking or vaping of any kind, anywhere on the property

Street parking is not permitted at any time

Violations may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund

Guest Access:

🔑 The whole place is yours — every room of the house, the game room with its arcade machine and pool table, and the landscaped backyard. Nothing is off-limits and nothing is shared.



🚗 Gated front-yard parking for 5 cars. Street parking is not permitted at any time.



📹 Exterior security cameras (front yard, back yard, side yard) are on the premises for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

🚌 Bus: OCTA Route 50 runs to Disneyland Park — the terminal on Katella Ave is about two blocks away.



🚕 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are quick and inexpensive for the theme parks.

🪪 Check-In Requirements



Before check-in, guests provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.



🚭 No Smoking



Smoking of any kind — tobacco, vaping, marijuana or other drugs — is strictly prohibited inside the home and game room at all times.



👥 Occupancy & Booking



Maximum 15 guests; infants under 2 are not counted toward the headcount

The daily rate covers 10 guests; $30 per guest per night beyond that

No additional visitors without host approval

No pets without host approval

Minimum booking age: 21

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Reservation requests that would leave a 2-night gap in the calendar may be declined

Gated front-yard parking for 5 cars. Street parking is not permitted at any time and you are responsible for any parking tickets resulting from a violation. Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon.



📹 Security



Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and unregistered guests.



🚫 No Commercial Activity



No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property, maintaining a residential atmosphere for all guests.



📄 Liability



The managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises.
