The hot water was out for a whole day, with no notice except a note on my door at 11pm when I got back to my room after Disney that the following day is no hot water; which turned into no water. Which turned into ANOTHER half day of no hot water - so 1.5 days of no hot water. I was patient, I asked in the end what the compensation is for lack of amenities like essential hot water to give my kid a shower - and they said because I booked with Expedia, they will take my name down. That’s it - no clue what they plan on doing with it. And at check out didn’t acknowledge it.
Also, housekeeping went into my room while my do not disturb was up, my jewelry everywhere and safe unlocked because I didn’t want anyone in my room. They went in anyway, threw away my food because they assumed I was not gonna eat it? All that food wasted. I got a half comp for my food being thrown away 😮💨. Wild ride, no communication, and no like acknowledging the fact that they mess up. Will not return. Also, it further than it looks, just fyi for Disney goers. It’s not that close.
