    Discover this incredible family-friendly home in a quiet Anaheim neighborhood, ideally located just one mile from Disneyland and close to a variety of restaurants, parks, golf courses, and other popular attractions, including the House of Blues Anaheim.

    Comfortable Open-Concept Living

    Step inside and enjoy a spacious, open floor plan designed for spending time together. The front dining area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped, modern kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

    The kitchen opens to a comfortable family room featuring plush seating and a large TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

    From the family room, step outside into the private, enclosed backyard, where you'll find a BBQ, picnic table, and a shaded hot tub. The private two-car garage is conveniently accessible directly from the patio.

    Four Comfortable Bedrooms

    This home offers four bedrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups:

    * Primary Bedroom: Comfortable bed and dual closets. The full-size en-suite bathroom can also be accessed from the bedroom hallway.
    * Guest Bedroom 1: Comfortable sleeping space, TV, and closet.
    * Guest Bedroom 2: Bunk beds plus an additional bed, TV, and closet.
    * Guest Bedroom 3: Comfortable sleeping space and TV, and closet.

    Family-Friendly Amenities

    This home is designed with families in mind. The gated front and back yards provide added peace of mind, while guests can enjoy a Pack-n-Play, toys, books, beach toys, and boogie boards during their stay.

    Please note: Washer and dryer are not amenities at this home.
    The fireplace is also non-operational.

    This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. To help maintain a peaceful environment for the neighborhood, guests are asked to observe our good neighbor policy and avoid excessive noise, parties, unauthorized occupancy, or other activities that may disturb neighbors.

    * No smoking anywhere on the property—inside or outside. Illegal activity is not permitted.
    * Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable

The house was very clean and very well supplied. Beds were comfortable.The host was very easy to get ahold of before we came and had reached out to make sure we understood how to get in and to make sure we knew how to contact them.

Family memories

Cute, plenty of room, and the hot tube brought us all together. Family friendly place to call home away from home after a very busy couple of days at theme parks

Overall a good place to stay

This rental was great. A little dated but overall perfect for a Disneyland family vacation. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after long days at the parks as well.

Perfect for a Disney Family vacation

The house was big enough for our family of 8 and was just 5 minutes from the park. It had everything we needed including beach towels and beach accessories for our beach day. Would stay here again

Disneyland trip

Perfect for our trip. Close to Disneyland. Very clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen. Hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day at Disneyland. Neighborhood was well kept and clean.

The house was clean and simple. The Garage was a bonus to park in. The hot tub was clean and running great. The beds were comfortable.

Great place to stay, very close to the parks

Home was in a great part of town. 2 minor notes, floors were not cleaned overly well and the hot tub needed a bit of attention. We asked for the hot tub to be addressed and the local staff took care of it while we enjoyed our day in Disney. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location for Disney Getaway

The location was great, house had plenty of space. Hot tub was extra nice for the sore muscles from walking around Disney all day. Only issue we ran into was the showers both weren't draining and one of the toilets were leaking, the maintenance department came while we were out enjoying the park and seemed to have the issue taken care of by the time we returned. All in all the trip was very successful and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Good location

The location was good. The kids room had toys which was nice and beach chair and sand toys in the garage made it worth it. You can’t park on the street Thursday or you get a ticket. Hot tub did have a strong smell. Would stay again.

Beautiful property! There are some needed upkeeps: New appliance light in refrigerator Some camlights in family room need to be changed Leave more toilet paper for occupants
