This home was perfect for my family of 8. The house was clean, organized well with ensuites in 3 of the bedrooms which worked well with my married children. The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus to use on our non-Disney and funeral day. It would have been nice to come home from Disney to jacuzzi time, but Anaheim regulations prevented time outside after 10 pm. The kitchen was perfect for a gourmet meal 2 of my kids treated us to. The house provided all we needed for our 9 day stay. We were very happy to be 5 min. from Disneyland making it very convenient. I grew up near this area, so it was familiar, comfortable, and safe.

Great communucation before and during the trip. Instructions were easy and accessible. Clean house. Stocked kitchen with appliances. Location was great. Only downside were the soft matresses, but it didnt keep us up. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place for a Getaway!

This setup was perfect with a master suite upstairs and all of the other bedrooms downstairs. A very large family area, as well as a very large kitchen and dining area. There was plenty of space to put all of the stuff that we brought to make the most of the weekend. The pool was nice, not very big, but worked for our group. Having the hot tub was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

This location was close to Disneyland and other areas that we visited during our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. The house was clean, check in was easy. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.

The house with notes

The house was nice but everywhere you looked there were threatening notes plastered all over the walls and near every electrical item telling you how much you would have to pay if you used it incorrectly or not to there terms.

Regulations

The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood, but too many rules and regulations for us. Having to push a button to go in and out of the patio door every single time or else an alarm went off, was frustrating. No music allowed during the day to be played around the pool was odd to us. Couldn’t go in jacuzzi or game room after 10 pm was also too strict for us. Backyard was all pool so not much space to do anything in. I appreciated the late check out and staff were helpful. A 12 page agreement was over the top to us, never experienced that before. We usually deal with super hosts so maybe an agency is more complex.

Lots went wrong

Rooms were fine. Pool alarm was broken, alarm would go off every time we had to go outside, this happened a lot since we were trying to barbecue outside.didn't work so the food got overcooked

Wonderful house… Awesome management group

This house is literally four minutes from Disneyland! It’s in a really nice neighborhood, and the house itself was great! Beautiful swimming, pool in the backyard and a hot tub! We had a medical issue with one of our children and management group did everything I could to help us out. They were easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and worked their tails off to help us! Highly recommend this house to anybody.

Enjoyable stay

The house was very clean. We had plenty of room for everyone. The area felt very safe and was quiet. We went to Disney day and it was perfect because it was only 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.

Renter of property

We rented this property and a week before we were to check in, one of the people in our party had emergency brain surgery. They would not allow us to reschedule. We did not ask for our money back, we just asked to be rescheduled. They were adamant that they could not do that, even though it does say on the website that they could. They were quick to take our money though. WE WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR INDIVIDUAL AGAIN.

Nice stay in Anaheim

Stayed at this property for a long weekend at Disney. Great location (7 minute drive to Disney) with clean & safe neighborhood & plenty of restaurants within short driving distance. House was as advertised and would stay again if we go back
