“We went to Erzurum/Palandoken as a family of 5 for skiing. Palan Otel was perfectly located in between every skiing course at Palandoken. Unlike Europe where you pay for a single ski pass and get to ski in every course possible, at Palandoken there are 3 options which costs around 12 euros/day/person. So having the option to close to all of the possibilities was a great plus, we get to choose on which course to ski at the start of every day, bought the pass and made the best out of our holiday....

Außer bei dem Eis sind die Preise der Qualität entsprechend nachvollziehbar. Auch wenn es Mövenpick Eis rechtfertigt es nicht den Preis. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, sämtliche Serviceleistungen zubuchbar. Wäscherei, Massagen u.ä.
Im Zimmer standart mäßig neben allen anderen üblichen Inventar Bügeleisen + Brett, Gebetsteppich + Quran vorhanden. ”

The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. “First of all amazing location! Directly at the lake and promenade, 5 minute walk to the city center. The Hotel is also a Cafe and Restaurant too.
Secondly the view. Book a room with sea view and watch the breathtaking sunrise over the lake! It was amazing! The most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen in my life. If you come to Tatvan, stay here, book a seaside room and watch the sunrise.

“Otel gayet temiz, konforlu ve memnun kalınacak bir yer. Kahvaltısı harikaydı, yöresel ve genel ürünleri hem lezzetli hem de çeşit anlamında fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Personellerin ilgisi ve nezaketi için ayrıca memnun kaldık. Özellikle Sercan Hanım’a nezaketi ve alakadarlığı için çok teşekkür ederiz. "Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este alojamiento. La habitación de esta ocasión era peor que la de la primera vez. Pedimos cama matrimonial con mi esposa y nos dieron dos camas separadas. Mi cama estaba rota y crujía demasiado, además no había forma de juntarlas para dormir cerca. Había agua caliente siempre que nos quisimos duchar, cosa que agradezco siempre. El desayuno es escaso en variedad, pero el chico que se encarga de gestionarlo en el salón de desayunos es muy amable y repone lo terminado bastante rápido. Pocos hablan inglés, salvo uno de los chicos de recepción, a pesar de eso ha sido muy amable, con los que no hablaban inglés nos entendimos con el traductor. Pueden cambiarte divisas en el hotel si se lo pides. Hemos dejado el coche de alquiler aparcado delante de la puerta, ellos gestionan el acercamiento y tienes que dejarle las llaves para mover los coches. Repetiríamos si en una futura ocasión me dieran una habitación mejor y con las prestaciones que solicité y mejorasen un poco algunos detalles de limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones."
