Estudio bellamente remodelado en un sótano a la luz del día con entrada privada y baño de barro, en una tranquila calle sin salida en Eagle River.

El apartamento ha sido completamente remodelado y cuenta con una gran cocina con encimeras de granito, ducha personalizada, tocador de baño de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos de tamaño completo, de acero inoxidable, que incluyen una estufa de 5 quemadores, refrigerador, microondas por encima del rango y una lavadora / secadora. -en uno.

Cute place to stay. Has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Nice mid-point location to many hiking/sight-seeing areas. Host is very sincere and trust worthy.

The studio is lovely, with beautiful views and super clean and attractive accommodations. The area is quiet and surrounded by trees, with a nice porch that has 2 chairs for enjoying the view. The studio is near Eagle River Nature Center, which had absolutely gorgeous trails. I had only 2 complaints. The first was the noise of the occupants upstairs, as I could hear footsteps, dog toenails clicking, and conversations (although not content of the conversations). Fortunately our awake hours were fairly compatible so it only affected my sleep when I first got into bed and a pair of earplugs solved that problem. The second complaint was that the studio was chilly as there was no central heat control in it. I messaged the owner and she said that she turned the heat up, which helped some, but in the mornings it was still quite cold. There was a space heater, but it wasn't enough for the size of the space.

Your Alaskan Adventure awaits pretty much says it all. we had such a wonderful time in Ami’s cabin! She has all the amenities you could ever need and then some. It was beautiful up on the mountain. We would love to come back again sometime.

This was a cute little pet friendly studio apartment within 15 mins of Anchorage. There was a circle drive with easy access and parking. We didn’t spend much time there because our stay was short and sweet, but we enjoyed the clean accommodations and clear communication with the owner. We will for sure be back next time we need to stay near Anchorage. Thank you Kim for the amazing last minute stay!

If you are looking for a nice getaway place to stay in close proximity to Anchorage and surrounding areas this is a wonderful place to stay, The updated kitchen and bathroom were a major plus. Having a full kitchen gave us flexibility to prepare special meals while giving us the flexibility to dine out if desired. The owner of the property was kind, helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. The sunset views from the large windows were absolutely stunning. This is a gem of a vacation getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was only 20 minutes from downtown Anchorage which was very convenient and it was driveable to several surrounding activities in Palmer, Talkeetna, and Glacier View. Unit was well stocked with basics including coffee, spices, cooking oil, condiments, sandwich bags, etc. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to do laundry. Appreciated the outdoor space watching the sunset (sort of - it was Alaska in July). Location was excellent in a nice quiet area but close to gas, groceries and restaurants.

This was the perfect place to stay to make a lifetime of memories! Our host was great, very friendly and available although we did not need anything. She had thought of it all! We appreciated the little things like bear spray! The laundry was a huge benefit! The location couldn’t be better for day trips north to Talkeetna or south to Seward. Although not in a “tourist” area, the proximity to the hyway and gas, groceries and great restaurants was a huge plus! Thank you!

After 2 weeks of sleeping in dry cabins, rustic log cabins, campers and places off the beaten path, Amy’s apartment was perfect. Decorated perfectly with everything you could possibly need. A great end to our 2 week Alaska adventure. Don’t hesitate to book this. Thanks for hosting us!

The property was as described. The host was very prompt and friendly in answering any questions we had. There was a great view from the front windows. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and basics like tea and coffee were there for use. Host even offered us her covered parking when she was out of town. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy's property. It was ideally located to explore both Anchorage and the surrounding area. Eagle River is a lovely little community and the view was spectacular. The unit was well-appointed with everything we needed for our 16-day stay.

This place is awesome and the owner is even more awesome. I loved this place outside of Anchorage so much I almost didn't leave a review for fear it will always be booked to be totally honest 😂. But then I wouldn't have left a review for the awesome owner of this place. My son jumped on the trampoline and played with the dog the whole time and it was great. Will be booking in the future!

We had a wonderful stay here! Amy was very welcoming, and had drinks with us on her expansive deck the evening that we checked in. She has a very sweet & gentle husky named Kilo who was also very welcoming! The accommodations were just one large room, with adjacent bathroom and laundry room, but it had everything we needed! We watched movies on Netflix in the evenings; the bed was very comfortable. The location is beautiful, with woods all around and mountains in the distance. We stayed in midsummer, but no problem dealing with the light at midnight because the blackout blinds were very effective. Wifi worked well. Would definitely recommend!
