I absolutely loved this apartment. So cozy, so warm (and it was -10 to -20 during a cold snap out there!). The views were magnificent. Property was clean. I go to Anchorage a lot & I’m so glad to have found this spot because I’ll be staying here again hopefully next time! Also so great to walk to so many of my favorite spots!

Visit to Anchorage

We appreciated being near the train station as we had excursions that started and ended there. Beautiful views of the inlet were a welcomed addition to our stay. We liked watching the sunset over the water.

Perfect for what we needed

Wife and I stayed here for one night (June 2025). We arrived from a long flight and had plans to ride Alaska Railroad train from Anchorage to Seward the next morning. Everything was just as it looked online. Everything in good working order. Check in and out was simple. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would stay again.

We love this retro property! So happy to have found it. The place is well-furnished, very comfortable, and the management is fantastic.BEST THINGS• Location, location, location - we could walk everywhere• Incredible views for morning coffee and reflection• Ultra-cool 1950s vibe with so many fun touches• Instant hot water in the shower• Very comfortable bed • Super-quick response time for any and all questionsNOTES• FYI for tall people: the living room furniture is apartment-sized

Clean and Tidy

Clean & Tidy, great communication from CASA Rentals. Central location it was easy to find a parking spot. The Hilton hotel was a great landmark to find the apartment after venturing out. We will be back!

The apartment was great for my two week stay. Although the windows let in the cold air, the apt stayed relatively warm when kept at 73. There was enough utensils in the kitchen but wish there was more in the way of seasonings to cook with, so I didn’t have to buy them for the relatively short time. But the bed was comfortable and the shower was warm, so it was a good stay overall.
