The tv remotes need batteries. The dish washer was left plum full to the brim with dishes. Bedroom pics didn’t match reality and after peeling back the sheets there is a large discolored ring on my side of the bed. electric fireplace didn’t work. Railing is falling off the wall. We really enjoyed our stay last time, this time…meh.

The condo was very clean but there were issues with the property. The valve in one of the toilets did not work properly, the light in the shower stall was dim and flickering (probably on the verge of burning out), one of the bedrooms' side lights was missing the knob needed to turn it on and off, one of the bedrooms' screens did not fit properly, and the screen to the patio door did not function properly. The management company was notified, but none of the issues were corrected during our 3 day stay.

The view from master and living room was great. The condo is modern and fairly well furnished. I didn't like having 2 sets of steps with my heavy luggage.

Just right - met our needs as we hoped :)

We had a very nice stay. The property was in a fantastic section of town, very convenient for what we had planned to do for the week we were there. Well appointed and comfortable...one very minor drain issue that was immediately addressed - which was very appreciated. Would happily re-book the property for any future visits to Anchorage.

Super nice property. Very clean. Very nice. Although, i think they should mention the stairs. The second set is open to the floor below and that can ve dangerous. (Medic here. Sorry not sorry).Owners weren't responsive to us, but that doesn't mean they are not responsive in general. I really wanted to have my elderly parents over for dinner, but that would have put us over the maximum limit by 1 person. It was an extremely emotional trip already, so that made it just that much harder. Especially with the non-response. The traffic in and out of the dead end property was unbelievable. All night long, cars were coming and going. That was not expected either. Bootleggers Cove is among my favorite places in Anchorage. A rare gem. This one fell short with its extreme regulations and lack of response, in addition to not disclosing how loud the neighborhood is.Like I said in the beginning, tho, it is a gorgeous place amd super clean. But, All in all, i would never stay here again, nor would I ever recommend.

Decent Stay

We really enjoyed this townhouse! We stayed here to test how our son would handle his dog allergies while also bringing our hypoallergenic dog (a poodle) for a hockey tournament. The place was clean and well-maintained.However, we did notice that the couches were fabric, which, while not a big issue, required some extra caution on our part. We covered them with extra sheets since fabric furniture isn’t the most pet-friendly and can be harder to clean. For pet-friendly places, I’d personally prefer leather couches as they’re easier to clean, especially for dog dander. The rooms are carpeted, but most of the flooring throughout the home is hardwood, which we appreciated given our son’s allergies.A few minor drawbacks, though none were deal-breakers:1.Noise complaint: We received a noise complaint around 7:30 pm, which was a little surprising since it was before quiet hours. We were simply doing regular family activities, like getting the kids ready for bed. So noises are heard easily by neighbors I suppose. 2.Stairs and small pets: If you have a very small pet (like our 3-pound dog), I’d recommend bringing a baby gate. The second set of stairs has gaps where tiny pets could fall through. We ended up using objects to block off the area.3.Sheer curtains: The see-through curtains didn’t offer much privacy, which was a little uncomfortable.Despite these small issues, we had a wonderful stay! The townhouse was cute, modern, and overall

It was nice property. Convenient to downtown. Nice layout. There was a sign that said no shoes, but there were shoe prints upstairs when I arrived. The bath towels could use an upgrade and all the towels were damp when I got there and had to be driedOverall a really good experience.

It was fine.

I stay at a lot of VRBOs & this was nice enough, but there is opportunity for improvement. The 2 flights of stairs were an unexpected hassle with heavy luggage. I would recommend clearly disclosing this and even adding some grip to the bottom flight if you’re going to require shoes off at the door. I slipped down several steps on the way out with suitcases. I’m just a little bruised, but it could have been much worse for an elderly guest. Also, the place was clean, but the towels chosen for display in the bathrooms were bleach-stained, even through there were nicer ones in the closet. The master bedroom doesn’t look anything like the photos. The furniture is not the same (not modern as advertised) and the bedding was very old & worn.
