This home is the perfect stay in the Angel Fire area. Home is in a beautiful location. It is cozy and has everything you need and probably something you forgot. 4 wheel drive is necessary if there is snow. We stayed for Thanksgiving and there was about 6 inches of snow. I highly recommend this home. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay! There was a wide array of wildlife up close including many birds, a whole rafter of wild turkeys, deer, and fun chipmunks. The house is cozy and sturdy—two things I appreciate. Note: the road is very close, but once you step around the wrapping deck you feel like you’re in the middle of a forrest.

Weekend Getaway

The cabin was actually better than expected. There is plenty of space between houses. There is a very nice deck off the kitchen as well as a sitting below the deck. This was a very tranquil setting. The house was well equipped with everything needed.

What a great cozy cabin! My wife and I stayed with my son in order to get a few end of season runs at the bike park. The cabin is located in beautiful Aspen forest which were turning when we stayed. Deer and birds were right out the door. Quiet and comfortable. A few small issues that weren’t really issues were that a couple outlets didn’t work, and a couple lamps didn’t work but this didn’t affect our stay in any way. Check in was a breeze but if you arrive at night prepare for it to be dark. Makes stargazing amazing! Loved our stay!

Just what we needed

This was our second time to visit this charming mountain cabin and we loved it just as much this year! The cabin is very clean and well decorated. It is stocked with pantry staples and utensils to make cooking and dining at home easier. Our favorite feature of this beautiful cabin is the outside space - the wrap around deck! We enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings overlooking the aspens, watching deer and a family of wild turkeys pass through several times. Dining on the deck was also very enjoyable! This cabin is perfect for us and we plan to return next summer!
