The ski chalet and far is more than wonderful. We enjoyed every moment there the view is fantastic and everything was very clean and organized one thing that we like a lot is every room has its own thermostat so if you have somebody that is cold, natured they can warm up just in their room. It has the best kitchen of any place that I have ever stayed would recommend it to anybody, but it is a large house. We had five adults, and everybody had their own room and only two of us had to share a bathroom.

We spent a wonderful two weeks here in August. This is an amazing house with spectacular views and an abundance of wildlife. Everything you need for a large group. The beds are comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen is adequately stocked with most essentials including a nice coffee bar. The host was responsive on the two occasions that we reached out. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the hot tub. The deck overlooks the road, but there is very little traffic. 10 minute drive down to “town.”

Huge Potential

Overall our stay was great. Fantastic location and beautiful views from the house. Check in/out were simple and communication with host was easy/timely. I will also say this is the only house I have stayed where reality is better than the pictures in the listing. So why 3 stars? There were several things that are easy to fix and bring this home to a five star experience. First and foremost, the door in the master bedroom that leads to the deck is not functional. It has a sticker on the curtains that says "please do not open." While in reality this is not a huge deal, it is not mentioned when booking which leads to disappointment when you arrive. There were several other small things as well; 1) the 5th bedroom does not have curtains/shades and there are double glass doors without coverings. While this was not an issue for our stay, if you plan on using that room there will be minimal privacy. 2) The kitchen has the standard vacation home problems...no measuring cups larger than 1/2 cup, biggest cutting board is smaller than a piece of paper, the coffee maker is cheap and takes almost 20 mins to make a pot of coffee and there were only 5 normal glasses in the kitchen. 3) Two of the toilet paper holders need to be reinstalled, they are coming out of the wall 4) the master shower head has pretty low pressure. 5) Commonly missed places were dirty, under beds/couches/cushions. 6) Deck doormat is in multiple pieces. So again, huge Potential. Just needs some things fixed!
