"Our host was wonderful to work with, A. Such a unique and beautiful property, we loved it. Super clean and comfortable, it was all we could ask for. The river was a little low for us to use our kayaks, but it was an easy drive over to Rushford Lake. The property is great to walk around and we also hiked along the river. Would highly recommend."

"Wow!! We spent 3 1/2 days here with our three grandkids, and everyone had an amazing time. We wondered about the winding staircase for two 60 year olds and a 6 year old, but it turned out being no problem at all. The views are spectacular from both upstairs and down. We were in the hot tub twice a day. The kids caught fish off the dock. We kayaked and SUP'd multiple times. We had campfires. And we loved the proximity to the falls and swimming pool at Letchworth State Park. The only negative we can think of is the 300/day price for the boat. The boat is great, worked nicely. But, the kids did not want to be on it for as long as we imagined... so it was not worth the 300 for us. Overall, we felt this was a GREAT place for a vacation! Highly recommended!"
