“A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! “The place was clean, but the area was not in a great location. I grew up in and near GF. The apartment was clean, but it Also needs more TLC. Especially the bathroom! My kids would not shower in it. They showered at my mom's townhouse. The house was very noisy as well. My daughter woke me one night stating she was woken up by a scream from outside. The apartment worked for us, but I cannot give a good review. We will not be staying there again.”

“We didn’t hear from the owner on the rental day and were traveling from 2 states away already. I finally sent a message wondering why we hadn’t got any check in information…I was then informed that this rental was being rented out long term!! I had to fully pay the VRBO amount 10 months earlier and now it wasn’t available??!! He said he had another unit elsewhere and would get that ready for us! I was shocked! This wasn’t what we signed up for and our vacation was ruined!! BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS...
