Great location in beautiful Ann Arbor. This was a very quaint, cozy home near the stadium/Crisler Arena. The host was very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

The property was impressive, very clean, nice appliances, and exactly what the pictures represented. The cabinets were very well organized, making it very easy to find what you were looking for. This property had everything you needed for a restful stay. Kathy is a great host, and made sure everything was in good working order. My family and I would stay here if we were in the area again.

I had a really great stay here- it was super comfortable and well appointed, with everything that I could possibly need! Great location! And Kathy was so kind and responsive, highly recommend!

I stayed there a week and worked remote. There are nice running trails near by. The apartment made a nice home for a few days.

A Perfect Spot

This place is so cute and cozy, I was tempted to extend my trip! Sparkling clean and all of the linens smelled nice. I appreciated all of the little details and accommodations provided (ESPECIALLY the earplugs for the trains passing through!) I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for us; it was close to the downtown area and the University. The host was responsive and many thoughtful amenities were provided. Parking was not available at the site, but always available about a block away.

Quiet, comfortable lodgings on the edge of town

This was a great location for us, very walkable and bikeable to both the city and parks and trails. The accomodations themselves had everything we needed for a few days' stay. Cozy living room area and beautiful walk in shower were the highlights. Enough space for a rainy movie night or a light meal, but this place is best served for enjoying the surroundings more than staying in.

Excellent rental for a couple or small family

This was exactly the type of stay we were looking for when coming to Ann Arbor. It had ideal amenities, easy access/check-in, a beautiful bathroom/shower space, and was conveniently located. Kathy was very responsive, would 100% recommend this place!

Our entire experience from start to check out was smooth and very efficient. The place is clean with attention to detail. Your just Kathy was easy to reach and very efficient too. I would highly recommend the property.

Downtown Cosy

Our first time visit to Michigan was made especially pleasant with our stay. The rental is centrally located, nicely appointed, and everything we needed was thought of. We will definitely book again for future stays to visit our daughter.

Cozy Stay

Kathy’s place was perfect. It had everything we needed for our two nights there as we explored Ann Arbor. The check in process was very easy, and the place is clean and cozy. If we are ever in Ann Arbor again, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful gem!

The apartment was just as described and looked as beautiful as in the pictures. Comfy basement apartment hideaway that felt so cozy and welcoming. Lots of thiutful touches - and everything I could ask for to cook in and not have to go out into the cold! Will definitely stay again.

Spacious, comfortable unit

Unit is only a few blocks from shopping and restaurants and is nicely equipped. Great bed, and there’s even a washer/dryer. Host is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Stay Walking Distance to Ann Arbor

Kathy’s place is one the nicest places we haves stayed at. The decorations and amenities are top notch. Everything you need is there. Great kitchen, amazing spa bathroom, comfortable bedroom and a cute sitting area. Bonus items include a washer and dryer, fireplace and thoughtful snacks. All located within a short walk to downtown Ann Arbor.We were in town for the Arts Festival and could t have been happier. Definitely will return!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and cozy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental while visiting Ann Arbor. Kathy couldn't be a more hospitable host and was very attentive. The rental was spotless and well stocked. It was conveniently located. We had no problem finding street parking close by. One of my favorite rentals! Thank you!
