Thank you David! We had a great time with all the family. Tried to leave the house the cleanest that we could, although loading the cars when we left this morning made us leave the floor dirty, sorry about that! Everything was very clean and neat when we got in, the hot tub and sauna where great too! My little dog behaved perfectly and we hope we didn’t make too much noise. Thank you for all!

Our group had a lovely stay at 1407 Morton st. We especially enjoyed sitting outside around the fire ring (but something to ignite the gas flame, provided in the house would’ve helped) and catching up over cocktails our first night. The gaming table in the basement was fantastic for game play and hours of laughs between old college friends. I would highly recommend staying here again for our next college catch catch!!!

Quick stay

We stayed only a short time on our way home. The home was clean and as pictured. The kitchen is so great. Host answered questions asked very prompt. We were adults with kids and did just fine with the space.

Perfect Holiday Time

We decided to have a family Christmas old-fashioned style with pears grandchildren and children the home was perfect there was only one problem and the living room center light would not cut on but it was enough lighting throughout the rest of the room so that was not a big problem other than that everything was perfect!

Great for Umich visit for extended family

Booked this property for a Umich visit/football game for extended family. Walkable to stadium, great little outdoor firepit, plenty of bedrooms. Owner was incredibly quick to respond to questions. Overall a great place in a great location if you want to go to a Michigan game. I would book it again. Thanks!

Excellent location for large group

We had a fantastic stay! My whole family (6 adults and 3 babies) wanted to find a house that could accommodate us while we were in town for my brother's graduation and this was perfect. The only nitpick is that the driveway is shared between two duplex units and it is not the most convenient for multiple cars.

Spring Ann Arbor visit

Great location for groups that need lots of beds. Short walk to most of M athletic facilities and in a very nice clam neighborhood. Beds were all very comfortable and kitchen was everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Our first visit to Ann Arbor

We enjoyed our stay in Ann Arbor and at this house. The house is great walking distance to the Big House and not a far walk to campus. It is an older house but definitely worked for our trip. We were able to sit in the front porch with beautiful weather and enjoyed each other’s company. Communication with renter was great! It’s a short walk to a great coffee shop and a convenient store. This rental worked for our visit!
