We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the pool or the ocean. Just a quick walk down to the beach. They had all the beach equipment you could need. That also was a highlight because we didn’t have to pack much. Plenty of places to eat nearby also just a short walk away. The best part was the staff made sure the kids had an eventful Easter morning. They put out hundreds of eggs in the middle of the night and when our kids woke up they were so excited. You have to stay here! It’s a new favorite of our families.

Location, location, location!

We had a great stay here. It is a small place, the couch in the living room is a pullout, but once it is pulled out, you can barely get around it. Not a big deal if you just put it away during the day, but just to show how small it is. The bathroom was way larger than we thought it might be, which was nice. We had trouble getting the shower to warm up, not sure if it shares a water heater with the rest of the properties or not. Cold showers after the beach aren’t a bad thing, though… it was so close to the beach, I live in St. Petersburg and this was such a nice getaway because we were only steps from the water! It doesn’t look as close on the map as it actually is in person. It was a fabulous location in regard to being close to restaurants in AMI - you could even walk to some! Having a pool at the property was nice, it’s a smaller pool, but was clean and really nice to have. They have tons of beach stuff to use like chairs and floats. The porch was so nice, very spacious to have several people sitting out there in the evenings. I would stay here again, but probably just with a max of two people. Thanks for the great stay!

Cozy cottage

5 min walk to the beach. Parking right at the cottage. First aid kit had 3 little butterfly bandaids and alcohol wipe. We had construction going on updating the deck when we got there. Quiet stay otherwise. Clean and comfortable. Property manager was very friendly.

Great location

Had an excellent stay with my wife at this location. The place is small but has everything you need; also, between the beach being a 5 minute walk away and the heated pool, there isn’t much reason to stay indoors :) The place is a short walk away from some great food and drink options. The owner also has bikes available (first come first serve basis). My wife and I used the bikes daily to cruise around town and check out some areas. Overall we had a great time. We will definitely be back. Anna Maria in the winter is an excellent getaway!

We enjoyed our stay however I spent the morning at the chiropractor, the bed is very small and very uncomfortable. They should really invest in a nicer bed for their guests.

Great location

Great property with lots to offer. Had a minor maintenance issue but they sent someone right away. Also, I was not feeling well the morning we were to check out and they let us extend the time we left until I was up to packing! Would stay there again!

Our stay at your fine cottage

We liked the location and it was fairly quiet with the exception of the construction nearby & lawn care equipment. The pool was not heated at all . There were boogers on the bedroom and bathroom wall though perhaps it was something else. Overall, we did like your cottage.
