Did not address issues at all
So 24hrs after we arrived we got a leak in the ceiling. It was in the entry point/walk way to the kitchen so not an easy spot to avoid. We also had children in our group as young as 1 yrs old. I called the number that was provided for any issues/concerns. I was told that they would call someone and get back to me. This was around 4:30ish. I called back 30 min later. And was told this is an issue that will most likely require a plumber. They texted asking for pictures of the leak which I provided. I asked if I could receive an update even if they have not found a solution just to know what the next steps were and what the plan would be to address the problem. The next day I received a text asking for a 5 star review/ if there were any concern they could address. No one called to check in to see if the leak was still happening/ to give any update, and there was no mention in the text about it. I replied back saying that as they could see from our previous texts we had a leak that was happening and asked if they could do anything to address it. They replied back basically saying they were still working on getting it resolved. The next day I received the same type of text asking for a 5 star review and if there were any concerns to please let them know. At this point I did not bother replying. We had a leak for 3 days. Not once did anyone call to check in on it or to give any type of update. Only reason the rating is not lower is the house is beautiful and the location great.
