Great one-night stay. The location is excellent with quick, easy beach access — a real highlight. The home itself felt light, airy, and very clean. We loved coffee on the front porch, and the family room was comfortable for a movie night with the kids. The kitchen seemed well stocked, and the pool area looked great (we just didn’t have time to use it).Rasa was a lovely host and a great communicator — we’d gladly rent from her again. Perfect spot for an easy pop-in trip to AMI.

Great location with everything you need for a fantastic, relaxing vacation! Walking distance to the beach and all necessities are provided (chairs, umbrella, etc). Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable with a great kitchen and bathroom. Perfect location on the island. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Wonderful trip!

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island- and we will be back! Communication with the host, Rasa, was 10 stars- very responsive and kind. The condo was immaculate- loved all of the furnishings- and for once, I was sad to come home to sleep in my own bed because the king was heavenly. The condo came with access to bikes and beach equipment- such a bonus! And there were even beach towels! Laundry on site was helpful…the pool was a great break from the ocean. The location was top notch, beach access steps away…. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on the island! Perfection.

Lovely

Really enjoyed staying at this location- super quiet and clean. Rasa was extremely responsive. Beach was a short walk away through a shaded path- which was awesome, normally we’re walking home in the sun and it’s so hot haha.

Amazing stay!

The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The home is in a quieter part of the island. Short and easy walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas available for the beach. The pool was a little oasis after a day at the beach. Cannot wait to plan our next trip!

Great location, great house, great host!!!

We have been coming to Anna Maria for quite a few years now and have found we love it by the point. This house was such a great location, only a block from direct beach access. The house was newly renovated from the recent hurricanes but everything was great and in working order. The street was quiet but provided short walks to the beach and Pine Ave. Lastly Rasa and her husband were fantastic hosts. Chatted and made sure we had anything we needed. Would highly recommend. The pool was also nice, kids enjoyed having it to come back to when they were done with the beach. 10/10

Mom/daughter get away

Our stay was perfect! Rasa is the most amazing host. The house was absolutely perfect. It has everything you need and more! The pool felt like a spa and was conveniently located out our back door! Bean point is a beautiful 2 min walk. The pictures do not do the property justice. There is an adorable patio out the front door. It truly feels like you are in a single family home. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location

We had a fantastic few days biking, kayaking, swimming in the pool and enjoying the quiet beach. Our first time on Anna Maria didn't disappoint and Rasa was a great host.

Very nice for short stay

Immaculately clean and well maintained unit. Small and simple but they have maximized space. Owners were very attentive and onsite. Pool and outside spaces were a little older and not quite as comfortable. Kitchen had the basics and everything working well. Ideal for a short stay.

Awesome trip to Anna Maria Island!

We were very pleased with our time at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped. Quiet setting on North end of island with a short walk to the beach. Hosts were so nice, and we had no issues, but I am sure if we did, they would have made it right. Will definitely return. Thanks, Rassa & Family

Perfect Cozy Beach Home!

This was the perfect location and exactly what we wanted for our family vacation! The home was very clean and no issues. The host provided beach towels, four beach chairs, and a umbrella. We will definitely stay here again! 😁

Everything about this property was perfect. Great communication with the property manager, perfect location, house in great shape, plenty of space in the house and on the beach, the complimentary chairs and beach great was helpful since we flew. We would stay here again without hesitation!!!

Hidden Gem

Amazing hidden gem in Anna Maria! Only a few short blocks from beautiful Bean Point beach. This was the perfect property for our girls trip. Recently updated and had everything we needed. The courtyard pool was an amazing place to relax after a day at the beach. Owners had everything we needed for a great visit to Anna Maria - bicycles on property, beach chairs & umbrella, cooler and more. We would LOVE to come back!

Spring break family trip

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family spring break. It was perfect distance from town and the beach. The house had everything we needed. I was extremely helpful to have the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to borrow. We would definitely stay here again.
