Perfect for a family!

The home was a perfect getaway for our family. Lots of space to spread out and a great pool and screened in porch for spending time and having meals together. Even better than the pictures, and close to the beach!

Really enjoyed our stay. A great property, with a great location and at the end of a quiet street. Outdoor living space, pool/spa and backyard design is better than the pictures show. Would definitely book the property again.

Wonderful week at Bimini Bay Breeze

We had a wonderful family vacation at Bimini Bay Breeze. The house is even nicer than photos show. The pool area and screened in porches are amazing! The kitchen is well stocked, we enjoyed the included amenities and games. The location was beautiful, everything can be quickly reached by golf cart! The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very helpful! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We really enjoyed the house it was an amazing place! The house had everything we needed to have a great stay. The pictures don't do the place justice. It's such a welcoming home and is located just a short walk to the beach. Our family rents a lot on AMI will definitely stay again!

Wonderful week!

Fantastic property in a great location! Dan and Lori were great to deal with throughout our booking, and the one issue we had was dealt with within an hour of reporting. I can’t recommend BB9 enough for anyone looking for a great villa, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bay!

The home was in a great location. Walkable to the beach and loved being on the water in the back of the home. Plenty of outdoor activities. Only downside was there was no tv outside which was difficult for us during March Madness.

Perfect stay!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Comfortable furniture, beds, heated pool, excellent a/c. Loved the toys available like kayaks and paddle boards. Rented a boat and a golf cart for our stay. Location easy walk to the beach with a beach cart, chairs and umbrella. Easy location to walk or golf cart to restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations!

This was our 6th trip to AMI. This was the best. The property was wonderful… so much to offer. The hosts were SO helpful and friendly and made sure we were satisfied. And the island itself was up and running so we enjoyed boat rental, parasailing and of course the beach was spectacular. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this beautiful house. It’s a fabulous house inside & out. The attention to detail is amazing, there is nothing this house doesn’t have. The outdoor area is perfect for family & friends. Goose & Gander look after Bimini Bay & nothing is any bother. We 100% recommend a vacation in this house.

Property is pristine with everything you can possibly need for a fun week.

Seamless rental and check in process. Every detail is well thought out - from the cooking items to paddle boards, kayaks, games, etc. Pool and spa are awesome along with the many outdoor seating areas. Proximity to Pine street is perfect. Highly recommend for adults or family.

Absolutely wonderful

We have stayed at Anna Maria on many previous occasions and this was head and shoulders the nicest property we have stayed in on the island. Clean, well appointed, well maintained. Will definitely come back. Dan & Goose were very responsive and helpful on the property management side too.

House was like the photos. Small spot-on kitchen ceiling that needs repair, which didn't have any effect on our stay - just needs fixed. Otherwise, it was beautiful and really relaxing. We love the Doctors Office for dinner. We ate there twice. We would love to come back.

Summer fun

The property was amazing. If you are bringing your boat, this is definitely the house for you. The boat lift in back was a game changer for our week. We hit the water everyday. Our teens loved the putting green, kayaks and ping pong. We enjoyed sunsets on the rooftop deck. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook in and plenty of refrigeration options for beverages. Management was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing you will miss

The home is beautiful, has everything you will need to cook, keep kids entertained. I’ve stayed in a lot of places. It was nice to have plenty of the necessities. You are walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beach, the house had everything you will need to spend the day at the beach. You are also walking distance to many places to eat lunch and dinner. Nice quant places I may add. There’s no shortage of ice cream places to walk to. I would highly recommend this house to my closest family and friends.

Fabulous property

We have been coming to Anna Maria for 10 years and this is the best property we have stayed at! Too many great amenities to list them all but here are some highlights: - Outstanding outdoor space - Pool is larger than most pools on the island - Home is very comfortable and wonderfully appointed - The screened porch was wonderful. We spent a lot of time there - Everything is easily marked, didn’t have to call property management - there are signs throughout the home to tell you all about light switches, remotes, etc. - Watched sunrise and sunset from the top deck - Nice beach cart and beach toys for use - Property managers were very nice and welcoming We hope to enjoy this home again in the future!
