Mermaid Manor

The house was extremely spacious, decorated nicely and updated. Furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. The pool area was perfect! And it was so fun having a ping-pong table as well. Close proximity to the water, this is a great place for a family vacation!

Perfect family getaway

Very comfortable for 4 adults & 3 children (ages 9, 7, 3). Kids loved the pool toys, putting area, and board games. Porch was great for morning coffee. Very clean. Great location near beach and shops. Definitely recommend!

Great house!

Fantastic house! We will definitely book this home again. Loved the location and the outdoor areas. The layout of the inside is great too! All the bedrooms are a nice size, the family room was fantastic with enough comfortable seating for our entire group. The kitchen is stocked! We like to make a lot of our meals and this kitchen had everything we needed. We've stayed in a lot of houses and this was one of our favs!

We had a wonderful stay at the mermaid manor. House is clean and well appointed. Plenty of space for 2 families. Location is excellent; located on a quiet street but still able to bike to nearby shops, beaches and restaurants. This was one of the families second stay at the house this year. Check in/ out are very easy.

Called about issues and no supply

I had to call twice about the power out in kitchen and pool heater not working after 2 days someone did come out and fixed power in kitchen but over the complete stay they never turned on pool heater

August Stay

Only problem we had was that we came right after Tropical Storm Debby went through. It took the pool company till Thursday late afternoon to come and check the pool. We had to clean it and someone dropped off chemicals on Tuesday afternoon that we had to put in ourselves. There was also a leak in the family room. Wasn't anyone's fault because we did come during a storm. The people were there Tuesday to remove all sandbags from around the house. The house had enough different games & bikes for the kids to play with till the weather was nicer. Would stay here again if the whole family was going down.

Beautiful, cozy, and a great place for families!

This home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the decor and the furniture. We enjoyed all the comfortable spots to relax inside and out. It was easy for us to be together but also plenty of spots if we wanted to spread out and be alone. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the games, the pool, books, cornhole game, ping pong, darts, golf, and the porch swing was almost never empty. Oh, how could I forget the bikes! We loved going down to the pier, shops, and Two Scoops with them. They had several bigger bikes for adults/teens and one kids bike. Worked out perfect for our crew! The house also had several beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, beach toys, pool and floaties. They have a great grill as well. Access to the bay is just across the street, beautiful sunrises! Then to get to the gulf, you just follow Bay Blvd (the road right off the house) down to Bean Point where there are lots of beach accesses. We would drive over there get dropped off, and my husband would drive back to the house, grab a bike, and bike over to the beach and then when we were ready to leave, he'd bike back and get the vehicle. Otherwise finding parking is pretty tough. Traveling by bike is the easiest way to park. You'd think golf carts would be easiest but you have to follow the same rules as cars so we are glad we didn't spend the money on one.

Great location. Super clean house with lots to do. Loved having the bikes and putting green. Choice of beaches they are all so close. We love AMI and will choose this house when we return.

Perfect family home

The home was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed for a week at the beach, and we are already wanting to go back. Kids 8-18 loved the space. Grandparents were thrilled with the location and amenities.

Perfect for family reunions!

Clean, well-appointed, well-located (we prefer dead-end streets), and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone, including "The Eagle's Nest" (a roof-top room, enclosed) which we reserved for reading and quiet time. The maximum we had at any one time was 7 as all of our family could not be there at the same time as we'd hoped; had all 10 of us gathered it would have been more than adequate also. Highly recommend this house for family or friends vacationing together.

Magnifiecent Mermaid Manor!!

We had an amazing time at Mermaid Manor. It was the perfect layout for our family to have re-charge and celebration time all in one. Our son's wedding was on Anna Maria island so we wanted to be close to the wedding venue. We were walking distance - so perfection. This property has attention to detail in providing excellent kitchen supplies, luxurious linens on very comfortable beds and exquisite decor throughout the property. Extra bonus was being able to use their bikes for exploring the island and beaches on the northern tip. Highly recommend!!

Truly Magical

The listing doesnt do this home justice. A few of us traveled to the island for a friends 40th birthday and hated to leave. The home is equiped with everything we needed, including BIKES, which is our favorite way to explore. The kitchen is stocked, beds are comfortable and the common spaces have more than enough room for a group of 8! Did I mention that pool and canal view? We cannot wait to return! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this slice of paradise!

Family vacation

The home is fantastic. However, the fact that the keypad didn’t work and we only had one key the entire time with three families occupying the house made our time there difficult. Hopefully this can be rectified for future tenants.
