Absolutely amazing !!

This stay was one of my favorites by far. Right by the beach- about 2 short blocks down the road. You can walk everywhere for food and shopping as well. I loved the beach house. It was so clean- had a private area with a master, a bedroom/kitchen office and its own bathroom across the back deck. The front porch area was so nice to sit on as well. The kitchen was fully stocked which I loved because I love to cook on vacation! We loved playing poker with the family (they had a poker set and a game set). The pool was great as well- it doesn’t get super warm but it was warm enough. Would def stay again!!

Great location & great house!

Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants. We were there just before Thanksgiving and the island is still in recovery mode - but, many places were opened for business! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Ruth, the local host, was awesome and was quick to respond to a few questions we had. Would recommend!

End of Summer Get-Away

Property was fantastic. Very clean and had everything we needed for a few days on the island. The pool area great. Bedrooms, bathrooms were all clean. And bonus, close to everything! We’d definitely return to this house.

Girl's 70th birthday celebration

Very nice property! There were 7 girls staying at the house and it was perfect! We enjoyed the pool but it was a little cool even though we paid extra for it to be heated. The location was excellent since it was right across the street from the beach and the Sandbar! The kitchen was well equipped! Only problem we had was the microwave quit working the day we got there! There was a 2nd one in the master bedroom and bath that we were able to use! We also discovered we only had 1 garbage bag so be sure and bring some! Dish soap and paper products were plentiful but there is no soap or shampoo etc supplied in the bathrooms! You just never know for sure what you are gonna need ! So we just made a quick trip to the store! It was a great weekend and would consider staying there again!

Needs a few changes to make it a 5 star

Location awesome!!! We walked everywhere. The pool was very big and amazing. We loved our stay for the most part. Just a few things that disappointed us: The towels were thin and old. The floors were pretty dirty. Especially the grout in the kitchen. One of the toilets was not clean despite the sanitize strip on it. The sheets were microfiber. They were very hot. The pillows were not very nice. Only a few dishwasher pods were provided. We left a bag of pods there for the next guests. Overall I think the house needs a really good deep clean. With some updated linens, towels, and pillows this would be a five star!!

Its all in the details.....

PRO's: excellent location! Property manager very prompt with communication and offering insight into area. Having two houses connected by walkway was fun for our older kids to have their own space.Beach towels and beach chairs supplied.Having pool heat option was great! Con's:small thin towels in twin room were not nearly adequate for teenagers, sheets/pillowcases were mismatched in couple of the bedrooms, shower faucet didn't work in queen bedroom leading to cold/lukewam shower (notified property manager however was not able to be fixed until after we left), twin mattresses were not comfortable, pillows could use a refresh, extra blankets left in closets were folded up with no indication that they had been washed between guests, extra things in closets such as furniture and a whole ton of previous guest sand toys and water toys in the pool room all stuffed into a broken beach wagon making it feel very "lived in", no consistent wifi down in the pool area to make TV work as there was no remote, all cable boxes unplugged and tv's took near 30 min to load during march madness, fan in the extra room off of king room rattled and both that fan and the fan in the king room had no speeds to choose from (pull string missing), no extra trash bags and no dishwasher soap in the unit to run d/w as instructed. Overall stay was 6-7/10. We are seasoned travelers with our family and all felt that with not much additional effort and a few small changes this unit would have scored an 8-9/10!

Better than expected!

This place was amazing! Everything was very clean, plenty of room to spread out. The pool was heated and just perfect. Only a block from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We hope to come back!

Good stay overall

When we first arrived trash was overflowing so there was not anywhere to put trash. There was no remote to the pool area for music or tv. Also heated pool was cold, yes we paid extra for the heated pool but it wAs not warm unfortunately. The location was amazing and really most other things were very good…. We would recommend but ask questions on those events

Girls weekend

Can’t beat location! Very clean! Walking distance to everything. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of space. Great pool - we opted to have pool heated - great decision for us. Management Co was very responsive with our questions. Plenty of room for all of us - however, listing states 2 king beds but there was only one. Based on one previous review we knew to bring extra beach towels. Could use some updates with pillows & linens. Overall fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great rental on Anna Marie Island

This lovely property was everything we could have asked for. It slept seven adults easily with privacy as needed. Great tables inside and out to accommodate my six siblings. The pool was large and water delightful. This location was fabulous; a quieter end of the island and we could walk everywhere. The beach was a block away to see beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this property. To the owner's: Only disappointment was an empty propane tank so unable to grill our prepared food at the last minute. Easily remedied.

Girls Trip!!!

This property is absolutely wonderful and perfect for our girls trip. It’s with in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping! It was very clean and well kept. We didn’t have any issues at all for the 4 days we were there! We would definitely recommend this house to others and if we travel back to Anna Maria we’d likely stay here again!

Perfect place for a getaway

This was the perfect place for our girls (6 of us) getaway! Close to shops, delicious restaurants and the beach! The sleeping arrangements worked & it was nice having 3 bathrooms! Kitchen was fully equipped, loved the porch balcony, and the pool was amazing!! We had a wonderful time!!

Great for a family with kids

Absolutely loved our 2 night stay. Two blocks from the white sand beaches and one block from pine ave where the shops are. No need to drive if you just wanna hang out on the North Shore. Kids loved the pool and everything about this stay. 8 and 6 year old and infant. Be sure to pack a pack n play for baby if needed.

Island Paradise

The house was great, I love the separate master suite, private pool. The location was perfect, once we arrived we didn’t have to get in the car to go anywhere. The beach, restaurants and shopping were in walking distance.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this house. Only a walk or bike ride away from the beach, tons of restaurants, and shopping. We liked the screened in pool, as we noticed the bugs didn’t bother us. The pool being half covered was surprisingly a perk to us because a couple of days it rained and we still were able to swim. It also provided cover if we just wanted to be out of the sun at times. The front porch was another favorite place of ours. Some more cleaning products and seasonings would be helpful. Over all this was a very nice house and you get what the pictures show. Will definitely stay here again!
