My family of 5 with three kids (ages 16, 14 and 12) had a wonderful week at Coconut Cove. We rented a golf cart but the beach was walkable as well. My kids loved swimming in the pool, playing mini golf, swinging in the hammock and taking the kayaks out on the water. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation.

Everything was great! Only complaint is we wish we were given the heads up to purchase our own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags!

Beautiful home and yard

Great family gathering spots: pool, dining table (meals and games) and living room (watching the Olympics). We had family photos taken in the back yard. An all around great spot for our family gathering!

Wedding Retreat

The home is well laid out and spacious and very clean. The hot tub only worked when it wanted. The photos need to be updated as a lot of the foilage is dying or dead. Only had 2 bath towels per bathroom, so laundry had to be done everyday

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 6 (parents and 2 adult daughters with their husbands) had a great time at this beautiful house. It’s our 3rd time together at AMI. The neighborhood is quiet, serene and private. We had enough room to spread out and be out of each other’s way in the house. Pool and hot tub area is nice. Kayaks are provided (1is a double) and it’s just a short paddle to the bay/pier area. About 10 minute walk to the beach. Neighbor didn’t appreciate us playing cornhole at 9 pm and yelled for us to stop. A black snake met us upon our arrival, but quickly left. It’s great being so close to Pine Avenue and the shops. There were chairs, an umbrella, towels, and wagons to transport all the stuff to the beach. Overall a wonderful experience in this beautiful home away from home.

Post Hurricane Visit

The property is Beautiful! Ideal location, and truly a gem! We had a great experience with this property, even though we arrived the day after a hurricane. The management group was very responsive and worked closely with us to get the property back cleaned up after the storm. Even though we weren’t able to use the pool due to flooding after the hurricane. The property manager and owner made it right for us in the end. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

Great accommodations on the north end of AMI! Everything was clean and as described. Very near Pine Ave and felt very private. We had zero problems during our one week stay. The house had everything we needed for the beach and even great fishing gear for the dock and kayaks. Great overall experience!

Serene, canal front property walking distance to stunning beaches, shops and restaurants

We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cove! The property is so unique and secluded with the most beautiful landscaping and walking distance to everything. There is so much to do on the property itself between the pool/spa, kayaking right off the canal (host provided), the putting green (clubs and even glow in the dark golf balls provided) or relaxing in the hammock or having a cup of coffee in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the canal. The home has an amazing floor plan with 2 ensuites at separate ends of the home and a third bedroom and bath in between. Everyone could either retreat to their rooms or meet in the middle in the grand great room that includes a sofa sleeper for extra guests. The location was spectacular. Just a short walk to Pine Ave that has great shops and restaurants. On one end of Pine Ave are breathtaking beaches where you could snorkel, fish or stroll the pier and catch amazing sunsets or you can walk to the other end of Pine Ave with stunning beaches where you can catch rays and ride the waves. We loved having so many walking distance options! We really didn’t need to bring anything besides ourselves; host provided all beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, body board, shovels and pails for kids to play in the sand. We all had an amazing time and will definitely be back! Thank you Coconut Cove for amazing family memories!
