Anna Maria Island Stay

This is a great place to stay. It is exactly as described. Every amenity is thought of and in place. Location is central to beach and restaurants. Pool is awesome. Clean, well thought out and perfectly done.

Amazing home

Prime Location

Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The house was adorable and the pool was warm. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay, the weather was a little chilly. The location of the house is perfect, a first time visit to Anna Maria - what a beautiful place it is.

Loved the cottage and backyard oasis

This is a great location with a fun backyard and big kitchen. Very welcoming and comfortable. We had a perfect stay and relaxing in the backyard and pool is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Amazing beach stay

This little beach house was great. The backyard/pool area was a tropical private paradise. It was a short walk to the beach for relaxing or catching the sunset. Would recommend staying here!

Cozy cottage, wonderful outdoor area

We loved our stay in this well-appointed cottage with its spacious backyard and pool area. The location was ideal, just a few blocks from the beach and Pine Ave shops and restaurants. The beach toys, beach wagon, games, and books were particularly great! We had a wonderful time.

Overall great!

Coconut Lagoon was a great place to stay for our young family. The house was clean, and location was excellent! The backyard provided nice shade after being on the sunny beach all day. The only drawback was the master bedroom bed - it was not comfortable at all.

Family Stay-cation

Overall, we loved the place. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying the pool and outdoor space. Convenient to walk up to Pine Ave where all the shops and restaurants are. There is even a small market store if you forgot anything at Publix. Will absolutely be back!

Great house. Clean, wonderful set up for my family. Linens, towels all great. Location was perfect for us. Pool and yard were beautiful. The weather was less than perfect, but not in our control. Would definitely come back.

So serene!

This is the place to go to just chill in the sparkling pool and bask in old Florida! This is our second year here and we will be back in 2025. This is an adorable house, with THE best backyard on the island. Turn on a game and chill in the pool. We love the covered area for snacks and dinners. It’s perfect for a yummy snack/drinks set up while chilling in the amazing pool and watching a game.

charming property/great location

had a girls week at coconut lagoon and loved the cottage style charm! everything was clean and we even had fresh mangos in the back yard. we did a steamer pot from topsail steamer the first night in the cabana by the pool...just perfect! the beautiful pool was an awesome refuge from the heat. managers were great to work with; location is perfect to local eateries and shops on the quieter north end of the island so not in the mix of the busier beach areas...we will be back!

Island time at pool and beach

Short 4 block walk to beach. Salt water pool was just the right temperature at anytime day or night. Spring break was a busy time as restaurants were overwhelmed, traffic if you needed to drive was at snail pace. You need not drive with this location however.

Great Stay at Coconut Lagoon

Coconut Lagoon was our fourth and favorite rental in Anna Maria. Charming, clean, comfortable, and convenient, this house was perfect for our family. We especially loved the screened-in front porch, the incredible backyard, and the cozy living room. It was also great to be able to bring our dog with us and feel she was safe and content spending time in the fully fenced backyard. Kudos to the owners for their thoughtful renovation of one of the older homes on the island—all the modern conveniences plus the character and charm of old Florida. Thanks so much for the use of this lovely home!

Perfect first visit to Anna Maria!

Our stay at Coconut Lagoon made for a perfect winter break. Upon arriving at the cottage and walking through the porch screen door, it was apparent this house was welcoming and well cared for. The house was very clean and decorated with thoughtful and comfortable touches. The large kitchen was modern with newer appliances. The best part of the cottage was the expansive pool oasis in the back yard! The pool was warm, there were many different seating areas, and even had a tv and bar to sit and watch the big game! Check in and check out was an easy process and the agency was quick to respond to questions and provided plenty of information. We would definitely choose this location, home, and agency again!

Wonderful in most every way--just needs a little attention

This is a wonderful property. It is directly across from the Community Center for tennis and workouts. It is just two blocks from the shops on pine avenue, and from the best restaurants. It is also an easy walk to the beach on either side of the island. Our only recommendation is that some attention is needed to the appliances, which each had some problems while we were there. Also, things like hot pads were not there. Also, given the age of furniture, some drawer pulls needed fixing, etc. However, we loved the place overall and we plan to return! Wonderful back yard area with pool and outdoor pavilion and great front screened porch. Overall, a great place!
