Other than the electric door lock not working and the bedroom door hinges loose it was a great little place for 2 kids 2 adults. Nice pool, clean and close to everything.

What a wonderful stay we had, super clean, very helpful. The only reason I have marked down is that we understood we had dishwasher/ washer dryer but perhaps it’s a miscommunication. I would also recommend suppling a net for the pool as the wind blows in leaves and it would have been great to fish these out. Super clean, had everything we needed, welcome pack provided and our friendly neighbours shared condiments as the accommodation literally has the basic requirements cups/ plates/ bowls. Anna Maria island is our favourite place in Florida for sure, we will be back.

Location

Overall this place was exactly what you want while staying on AMI. Close to Pine Ave, wonderful pool, and all the essential amenities. There was construction on the property, but it was communicated well before our stay and the foreman for the construction crew was very pleasant and let us know on the days they would be a working close to our unit. We would definitely stay here again!

First Time in AMI

This location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to the Bayfront beach or the gulf-side. Very close to pine Ave and all the main restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was fun but you could definitely get around easily just walking. Bed was comfy enough and nice accomodations

Sunrise Garden #8

The condo was conveniently located steps away from the bay side of Anna Maria. We enjoyed walking to the cool beans coffee shop and the Waterfront restaurant. There is also a convent store/ice cream shop just a block away. We felt the walk to the beach was far (15min) for carrying a cooler and beach gear, so we decided to drive to the beach access. We parked at the Sandbar valet parking lot. They offered 2 hrs complimentary and then any longer than that there was a $20 an hr fee; $45 max. The Condo had everything we needed. Laundry is shared and located behind the condos; you could walk out the back door to the laundry. The pool area was clean with tropical plants all around. Our only complaints is the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on the cushions were flat, and the guests staying there did not park in their designated parking lot # so we were having to park in someone else's spot. Overall I would book here again. The price was perfect for September.

Nice location, and clean

Nothing overwhelming here: a clean, comfortable place with a community pool, and good location. Short walk to the bay, a longer walk to the beach. One block to Pine Ave for ice cream, restaurants, and shops. A nice place to stay on Anna Maria.l

Decent Stay

The site was as advertised. Clean on the inside, so those cleaners did a great job. The area around the pool was neglected and when we tried to inquire with the office staff no one was there despite it being during the office hours (10a - 4p). The walls are incredibly thin and pur neighbors were very argumentative which was obnoxious in the evenings. A group of young adult men were drinking and jumping in the pool at 4am. We had to call the police, bit they were super responsive and got it taken care of. The management company took our TV as soon as we arrived, but to their credit, they refunded us some money for the loss of amenity. Would normally not care, but sunset at 6pm does make for a long evening with no living room television. In any case, the location was good and our stay was fine, just a few hiccups that made it less than ideal.

This was a nice place to stay for the Christmas weekend. We were in walking distance to the beach and several shops and restaurants. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I would stay here again.

Island Time

This is a great little 2 bedroom unit, with close (walking) access to the city pier (about 1.5 blocks), some islands shops, an ice cream shop (or two!), and some great local food options. The unit has basic cooking equipment, but doesn’t have salt and pepper, olive oil, or coffee filters.
