    With only one house between you and the glittering quartz sand on the Gulf of Mexico, start your mornings with a walk on the beach before making your way down to Gulf Drive for pastries and coffee at Ginny and Jane E's. Check out the Pine Avenue shopping district and Bayfront Park for picnicking, then relax on the sand at Bean Point Beach, and visit Rod and Reel Pier and Restaurant for fishing and dining.



    The open floor plan keeps everyone close but not cramped, and the air conditioning keeps you cool. Designer-inspired furnishings and a palette of bright, coastal colors provide a playful yet comfortable space to relax. For entertainment, you'll have flatscreen TVs, complete with DVD players, and free WiFi access throughout. The family dog will also enjoy themselves here for an additional nightly fee.

cottage close to beach

location, location location. we loved being steps from the beach, able to go back and forth with a small child/elderly for both to enjoy without it being a hassle. the front porch is amazing for morning coffee or games in the evenings.

The location is excellent, but the house itself is quite run down and in need of updating and maintenance.For a property in the 460–500 per night range, we expected a much better overall condition and experience.The biggest inconvenience for us was the pool access. You cannot access the pool directly through the house and instead have to exit through the front door and use the side gate, which requires both hands to open. Carrying towels, drinks, or pool items back and forth became frustrating. Since the front door also needs to stay locked, it’s difficult to keep an eye on the house while at the pool. The location was definitely the best part of the stay.
