Beautiful modern home with gorgeous view

Comfortable beautiful roomy house with views of the bay which is across the street. 15 minute walk to big beach in wonderful area. Host was responsive

Beautiful property

We were in town for spring break and the house and property are stunning. The pool and hot tub do not heat together- only one at a time and it takes a few hours for the hot tub to get heated so start it up early on arrival. There is waterfront across the street and traditional “beach front” several blocks on the other side. If you want to hang out “at the beach” rent a cart. Lots of things in a walkable distance. The traffic is congested so plan to stay put once you are on the island if possible. The check in process involves a stop along the way in at their office as opposed to everything being on property. Overall great experience, these were just things we encountered that might be helpful to know :)

Family Vacation

Outstanding property. 7 adults and a 10 month old for a week had plenty of room to spend together and our own private retreats for bedtime. From the furnishings to the high end appliances this property did not disappoint. Great location on the island. Highly recommend!

Pier Pleasure is a Seaside Serenity

This is an amazing home right across from the beach! We loved the architectural design and the floor to ceiling windows. This home is beautifully decorated and many places to hang out and socialize. The house was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious. The kitchen is definitely a chefs dream! The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need. The pool was perfect for gathering after spending the day at the beach! It gives plenty of shade to give you a break from the sun. The beach towels were plentiful and so helpful. The beds were very comfy and the linens were great! In the garage you will find sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon. The rental company was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this Vacation home!

Beautiful house in desirable location

We just completed a family beach week at this gorgeous property. The place was very new and decorated beautifully. There were 8 of us staying at the house and we had ample room with beds to spare. The property is on the northern tip of Anna Maria on the east side, which fronts Tampa Bay. We had easy access to the public beach across the street and the Anna Maria pier. It was an easy walk or bike ride to Bean Point and Rod and Reel Pier ( just under a half mile). The pool was great. Although I originally thought it odd to have the pool partly under the house, this turned out to give us either a break from the sun if needed or some shelter from rain on the one rainy day. There was still plenty of sunshine on about half the pool on sunny days. We could walk or bike to shops that were close or even those toward Holmes Beach. For paddle boarding on flat water, there was a nearby canal accessible, which had a manatee that would come and go. We had sunrise views over the Anna Maria Pier and sunset views looking toward Bean Point (or walking down to Bean Point). I think it was the first time I got to see a great sunrise AND sunset over water in the same time. The house has some high end gadgetry and we could have used more instructions/help materials. The kitchen could stand some additional cookware (there is a bare minimum and not much for large family cooking) and the outside grill is tiny.

Beautiful!!

This property was simply gorgeous! We absolutely loved the bedroom sizes and bathrooms! The pool, hot tub, and putting green was enjoyed by both kids and adults. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. The view was beautiful, but the “better” beach was on the other side of the island (15 minute walk). Beach chairs, umbrella, and a sand wagon were provided. The house was fun and a vacation in itself!
