Acogedora cabaña: pasos de la playa!

Las cabañas Sea Spray son un grupo adorable de 4 unidades ubicadas en el extremo norte de Anna Maria, al oeste de Gulf Drive y solo unas pocas casas a la aclamada playa Gulf. Sea Spray 2 es la cabaña a nivel del suelo en un edificio de 2 pisos. Esta unidad tiene 2 dormitorios y 1 baño y se encuentra en la parte trasera de la propiedad. Cómodo mobiliario playero con una sala de estar de concepto abierto. Esta unidad comparte una parrilla de propano junto con un área de comedor al aire libre en el lado de la casa con la unidad de arriba. El complejo comparte una sala de lavandería en la parte trasera de la propiedad. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y hay dos gemelos en el dormitorio de invitados. Le encantará el corto paseo a la playa, así como el encanto de la isla que ofrece el pintoresco cuatro-plex. Sea Spray 2 duerme 4.

Island life

This is my second visit to the island and your place was wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect! Very close to the beach! The furnishings were great! Downfalls were no washer/dryer plus being on the lower level meant hearing furniture and people moving around upstairs. The people renting upstairs were very nice so that made for a pleasant stay! My last concern was the doormat at the entrance. As we were departing, my friend’s suitcase wheels were caught in the mat and she fell over it face down. Thankfully, she only had some cuts and scrapes but if anything had been broken, it would have greatly impacted our departure! I should have also been helping her but was loading the car so lesson learned for me! Overall, your place was fantastic and I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Great location

Loved that we were just a couple houses down from the beach access. And only a block away from friends with a pool. Place was small but cute and served the purpose of a place to sleep and shower. Our only complaint would be that it had quite a strong musty odor. Even after being home a couple weeks and being washed our clothes and things still have that odor in them.

Loved the beach cottage. Very cute. Close to the beach and trolley.

We loved the cottage. One thing to note was the water pressure of the shower. The pressure was fine if it was turned to very cold or very hot but very little pressure when you got it to a warm temperature. Had to use a cup to help rinse.other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and close to the beach

Overall this property was amazing. It was cute and cozy on the inside with everything we could have needed. Beach towels were provided and the beach entrance is at the end of the street (literally a two minute walk). This is the bottom unit of a duplex so we could hear everything above us, but that didn't bother us. The only thing that could have been done better, was that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The inside lining of the shower curtain was very dirty and the bottom did have some mold on it. However, this will hopefully be replaced and everything else was great! You are within a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops of the quiet streets. We had a car and a couple times we drove, but it was very easy to walk everywhere.

Great place

Worked out perfect for us. We rented another place 2 blocks away with a pool and this one for overflow and proximity to the beach. Our young adult children stayed here.

Quiet Get Away - Steps from the beach

This is was a perfect old time beach get away! The space was roomy enough for our family of 4 adults. The propane on the grill was replaced within an hour after my call- very impressive. Ceilings are 7 feet so taller people may have to watch for the ceiling fans ! Most comfortable Laz-Boy Chair had each one of us napping. Thank you to the Sato Management group.

Leider ist die küchenausstattung sehr sparsam. Der Herd und die Pfannen und Töpfe teilweise dreckig! Es fehlt einfach eine Geschirrspülmaschine!!! Teller und Schüsseln zu wenig! Besteck zusammengesucht!!! In dem Badezimmer war nicht sorgfältig gereinigt

Wonderful people

There was a slight communication issue but Sato really stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond. Their quick response and kindness was impressive. I would stay at this location and with this group anytime.

Cozy Beach Cottage

This is a darling little place. Tucked away in the back of the property. It was perfect for a beach getaway for me & my husband. 4 houses to the beach access with a beautiful, clean sprawling beach. The other guests on the property were really nice and fun to get to know.
