We had a wonderful stay at White Pearl. The house is very spacious and so many different decks and patios to enjoy. It is a very short walk to the beach. Everything is very clean including the grill which we appreciated. Jay is a great host, called to make sure we were happy with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this house! It is absolutely beautiful and the best stocked house we have stayed in on AMI. Jay was always a quick text message away if needed. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Perfect Vacation Home

Wonderful house. Quick walk to the beach, amazing pool, and the house is well maintained and very clean. Jay, the owner, called us the day we showed up and if we needed anything during our stay he was a phone call away. We will definitely be back!

This is a perfect place to stay on AMI. Very short walk to the beautiful beach and close to Pine Ave. Jay was communicative and thorough!

Perfect House for Families

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a great stay (beach towels, pack and play, games). Loved the hot tub and pool and was very nice to have each room with its own bathroom and two washer/dryers. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Walk to the beach and shops/dining on Pine was very easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect AMI vacation house

Loved the house and Jay's hospitality. Our group was two families (4 adults, 3 kids aged 7-11). Space was perfect - spacious, clean, well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were great. The shaded outdoor seating area was lovely. Quick walk to the beach and easy golf cart ride everywhere else. Highly recommend!

Great spot!

Awesome property. House is well equipped and in a great location near beach with a nice pool. No notable issues at all in our stay. Would stay there again!

Great experience on AMI at the White Pearl

We had a great stay at the White Pearl! Jay was great with communication before, during and after our stay. The house was a fantastic location - close to beach, Pine Street and the views of the water were incredible! The house had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great Location, As Advertised

The house was as advertised and in a great location. The property owner was also easy to work with and attentive before and during the stay. Outdoor living / pool area was where we spent most of the time and it was the perfect place to hang out. Inside the house everything was top of the line with nothing more you could have asked for.

Terrific vacation property

House was perfect, exactly as shown, very upscale and in great condition. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. And, having a pool and hot tub that was partially shaded was a big plus for our family given our 3 month old grandson.

Great House!

Such a great house. Very clean and even better than the photos. We spent a lot of time at the pool/spa that is super private, surrounded by greenery. Short walk to the beach access. Jay was always in contact and made sure we had all info needed. We will 100% stay here again when visiting AMI.

Great Beach Vacation Rental!

Property was amazing. Close to the beach and other nearby amenities. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We enjoyed the mutliple sitting areas so that the family could relax and enjoy the evening after being at the beach all day. The owner even reached out to us on the first day to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions....a nice touch and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the island.

Design and furnishings could be in a magazine yet it's extremely comfortable and relaxing, inside and out. Jay is so responsive I told my husband he must have a hotline directly from the house!

AMI North Shore Retreat

Wonderful place to relax & enjoy a luxurious stay on the North End of the island. Contemporary and comfortable - all the bells & whistles - easy beach access. Kitchen is well supplied - had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. Jay’s a fantastic host - helpful & quick to respond. Highly recommend! .

Beautiful place for a magical vacation

We really enjoyed our week at the white pearl. Everything about the house was great. So well appointed with tasteful decor and furnishings. Jay was very responsive and great to interact with. Comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen, eagles nest porch for watching sunset, terrific pool with sun and shade. We would definitely come back to this wonderful home in beautiful Anna Maria island.

Beautiful Home with Quiet Beach

Just left a peaceful week in this beautiful home - we have stayed at AMI several times and the thought and detail that went into this home surpasses all others that we have stayed in on the island. Home is well equipped with everything you need for a great beach stay and is just a couple minutes from the sand - an easy walk even with little ones. The owners had great communication and were quick to help with any minor details that can up. Thanks for a fun week!

What a great place to just unwind

We absolutely love the home and all its amenities. Our children especially love the pool and hot tub. The views from the home was spectacular from all angles. If we could, we would have bought the home so we would always have something beautiful to come to on out vacation. Thanks to the property manager who was there when we needed him for minor things. Greatly appreciate the quick responses and time he took to help us get situated.

Awesome stay, great property

We booked this as a labor day getaway for 6 adults and we had a blast. The house is immaculate and basically brand new. Jay was very helpful before check-in and getting into the house was a breeze. The outdoor space is awesome and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The rooftop porch offers the best view of the sunset and it is totally unobstructed. The house is an easy 3-5 min walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to nearby restaurants. Would highly recommend and will book again
