  • Nice 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom appartment in the lower level of a single home, private entrance and patio in the back of the house, open kitchen living room, TV, WIFI, fully furnished.

    Located in a nice waterfront community facing the Chesapeake bay and South river, you can take long walks and bike rides.

    10min drive to downtown Annapolis, to the Naval Academy, the Historic District, Eastport etc... and 5 min drive to a shopping center with a grocery store, a Pharmacy, Coffee Shop, restaurants, bars and shopping.

    Min. Stay 1 night accepted Mon/Thu.

    Situated near to big Cities, Baltimore and Washington DC

Great quick getaway for out of town guests!

Ms. Carole was super sweet and gracious, met us at initial check in and walked through with us to ensure we had what we needed. Place was clean throughout. Quiet and peaceful location just down the road from a nearby waterfront playground which my son LOVED. Would stay here again! Thanks Carole!

Convenient & Cute

It was a perfect stay for my friend and I visiting Annapolis. The attached apartment (basement unit but with tons of light and large windows) was very clean, cute and convenient to Annapolis. It was easy to get to without having to deal with downtown traffic and parking. The apartment had a separate entrance and the landscaping was peaceful and lovely. Carole was a great host - very nice and provided great tips and ideas for the area.

Nice Sized Apt

Lovely downstairs 2bdr 1 ba apt. Entry was behind the home. Nice safe neighborhood. Landlord was upstairs (not mentioned in listing). Apt was very clean with nice amenities. Everything we needed for our stay.

Excellent Property

The rental had everything we needed and is conveniently located only a block away from the water and minutes from downtown. There's also a great park with miles of hiking trails, beach and outdoor ice skating rink only a mile or so away. Carole was a fabulous host.

Home away from home

Great place to stay while visiting my son at USNA. We were just far enough away to relax off the yard and still close enough to DTA to enjoy all local attractions. Eastport is a beautiful area and we were just a short walk to the water. It was a great place to relax with him and prepare a home cooked meal and catch up.

We had a wonderful stay. It began when when we were met by the owners and Carole Personally showed us around the rental. She had everything detailed in writing, therefore; there was no guessing as to how everything worked. The place was spotless as far as cleanliness, we’ll decorated, excellent outdoor sitting area, and well stocked. We plan to go back there again.

Comfortable, and clean accommodations

This apartment was is conveniently located in Eastport and close to Historic Downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. We enjoyed strolling around the community beach in the evenings. Beautiful Quiet Waters Park with lots of walking trails and waterfront views is right around the corner from this neighborhood. There are too many things to do and unique restaurants to even mention. Our hosts were so accommodating when we arrived. They let us know that they were available should we need anything. They were also very respectful of our privacy. Loved the private entrance and private patio with lovely landscaping. Our apartment had everything that we needed. We appreciated that it was so bright, clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Quick visit to USNA

Everything was smooth from the booking to leaving. It’s in a quiet neighborhood a block from the water with a nice patio. Convenient location to downtown Annapolis and the USNA. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!!

Hideaway Close to Everything

We really enjoyed our stay at Hillsmere Shores. We were looking for a quiet place to stay that would allow easy access to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and downtown Annapolis, and this cozy apartment met our needs perfectly. The hosts were polite and helpful, and the apartment was immaculate. Our host provided everything we could ever need, and she also had excellent recommendations for places to eat nearby. When we return to Annapolis, I'm sure we will try to book this rental again, and maybe next time, we will have more time in our schedule to walk along the waterfront which is conveniently located down the street.

Excellent location

This apartment is perfect, clean and has everything to make our stay so comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and yet you are only 10 minutes from downtown Annapolis and around the corner from Quiet Waters Park. The backyard offers a quiet retreat with beautiful gardens and comfortable seating. We will definitely make this our first choice for a return trip.

Great little spot!

2 couples stayed at this very clean 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment for 2 nights. Residential neighborhood so very quiet. Private back yard entrance with patio. Perfect for our quick family reunion trip in Annapolis.
