This review represents my opinions. After a good number of successful rentals; this was by far our worst VRBO experience. The overall condition of the house and grounds were subpar. Veteran renters understand and expect some wear and tear. Here, a portion of the home and grounds were unusable. Priced at greater than 1,000 per day plus expenses; we were denied full use of what once must have been a beautiful home/property. Comments limited due to spaceThe first toilet seat I touched detached from the toiletThe whole stove was almost non-functional; the top layer/coils were cracked. The management company claimed that the whole unit need to be replaced but that repair would not be available during our two-week stayInternal dishwasher racks were brokenThe whole property was overgrown and lacked basic maintenance; weedy overgrowth dominated the scapeA broken pool umbrella was discarded in the weeds adjacent to the poolThe outdoor fire pit/grill was non-working and covered with pallets and scrap woodOutdoor stairs/dock – decay throughout. Local rodent and their waste was found under a canoe; we subsequently avoided the structure;Discarded plastic/utility connections littered the groundsOpened bags of soil bordered the drivewayPutting green not maintained tilted toward adjacent weedsDamaged walls, shelving, fixtures, appliancesNon-working refrigerator water filterTV's frequently failedRust/mold/dirt/grime on many of the outdoor pool fixtures.Etc.
