Excellent location
The property is located in central Annecy above a bakers with a locked access gate. The keys for the property are easily accessible from a security box on the front door of the flat. We loved our stay - renting bikes and hiking in the surrounding mountains - though the hike marked easy in the helpful book in the flat was quite hard. To have the guide though was great. Use of a washing machine was brilliant and thank you for leaving products for it! A great holiday - we will recommend you.

Super séjour
Super séjour, dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de couverture en plus. La semaine était glaciales et nous avons dû allumer les radiateurs et c'est dommage au vu des nombreuses invitations à ne pas en abuser. Sinon l'appartement est super. Kim est accessible et très compréhensive.

très beau appartement
il est très bien placé ,une fois arrivé on a plus besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller au lac, magasins, restaurants tout est a porté de main .Un seul inconvénient pour moi perso la place de parking est trop petite .Voila autrement rien a dire

Une belle expérience
Appartement très bien situé (plein centre) et très agréable. Décoré avec goût, il est également bien équipé. Dans les placards, quelques produits utiles au quotidien sont à disposition (condiments, café, sucre, produits menagers....). Pas besoin d aller bien loin pour trouver une boulangerie, elle se situe au pied de l immeuble. La propriétaire est reactive et répond rapidement à nos interrogations. Cet appartement nous a tous séduit. Merci

Tout était parfait! Un petit nid bien cosy en plein cœur du centre piéton…. De bonnes petites madeleines nous attendaient en guise de bienvenue. Tout était bien pensé et harmonieux. L’appartement est beau et confortable à la fois. On reviendra !! Merci

Appartement de charme et excellente situation
J'ai passé un excellent séjour sur Annecy dans ce très joli appartement ! Je me suis sentie comme chez moi dès les 1ere minutes, il était très propre, parfaitement bien situé et calme. Parking hyper appréciable car pour se garer sur Annecy...je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet appartement !
