Buen Lugar y bien obicado

We absolutely loved this flat! It was so cute, comfortable, and very clean, with a beautifully updated kitchen. We also really appreciated that the bathroom was separate from the shower, which was especially convenient when travelling with two other women. The views from both sides of the flat were beautiful — a lovely canal on one side, and a beautiful church and police station on the other. Just below the flat was Bunna, a highly recommended little coffee stand that was perfect to have so close by. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay, and we really enjoyed our time here!

A lovely apartment on the 3rd floor with everything we needed for a wonderful 3 night visit. We especially liked the view out the back room window overlooking the canal, a very nice ambiance in the evening as the old town came alive as the sun set. Self checking was well communicated and explained, so no issues at all during our visit. Pamphlets on the table with some ideas, maps, and restaurant suggestions. Highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment and location. The host was very responsive. We stayed with our 21 year old son, and the pull out couch in the living room with a door that closed was such a bonus. We could be in the kitchen and bathroom area, without bothering his sleeping times. The apartment windows opened and a cross breeze was ever present ( plus mobile fans in every room).

Perfect location overlook the canal. Cute little apartment with fully equipped kitchen.

We stayed three nights. The owner is very helpful and the place has a nice view over the canal. There are markets just below the buildings and many restaurants nearby.

All of the positive reviews about this apartment are true. It is spacious and beautiful and well appointed with windows overlooking a quiet part of old town in two directions. It is a memorable romantic setting for a couple. We recommend bringing your own Nespresso pods and using the nearby Lav'confort Express laundromat if you need to do laundry.

Historic 300 years old building, full of history. Renovated so very comfortable. Traveling w our 21-yr old son, he had his own room and so did my husband and I. Located in beautiful Annecy Le Vieux, near all sights, restaurants, train & bus station.

Perfect Stay in Annecy

This was our second time staying in Le Warens, and once again it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is only a five minute walk from the train station, yet it is right in the heart of everything, in the middle of the old town, and right along the Thiou. The apartment is so charming and comfortable, and spotlessly clean! The bedroom is fairly large with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower is great. The sitting room (which also has a foldout sofa-bed) is so cozy and has a wonderful view onto the rooftops above and the Thiou below. We couldn't think of a better place to stay in Annecy, and we will definitely be back again.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Annecy! Dominique is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the walkability of the area. Great access to the markets, canal, lake, and shops. A few things to know: the property does not provide napkins/linens, Nespresso pods, or laundry detergent so you need to bring your own. Also if you want to rent a beach towel for the lake it’s 5 euros PER TOWEL. So if you like to travel light, and don’t bring a beach towel that’s an expense. All in all it’s a delightful place to stay and I’d recommend it!
