“We had booked in for two nights but loved it so much we extended our stay another day! Such a beautiful oasis of peace and quiet. The daily breakfast was exquisite with a huge variety of traditional and western dishes. The fruits were grown organically on the property. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Service was superb! The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will be back. Thank you! ”

“The property and staff were all amazing. The breakfast and dinner was good. Getting a ride via pick me can take some time as not all drivers want to come up the hill. Make sure you a lot enough time for travel. We were going to be late for our train because a PickMe driver canceled. But the hotel made some calls and arranged for a quick Tuk Tuk ride and we made it right in time. ”

“Very special place 30 or so minutes outside of Kandy, near Wattegama. A few individual cabin-esque rooms (with en-suite) around a cute courtyard of natural spring pool, pond, hammocks etc. Very attentative hosts who really demonstrate Sri Lankan hospitality at its best. The walk around the spice garden and local village was so interesting. Such a unique bonus to make this more of an experience than just a bed for the night. The food we had was some of the best we ate all trip. Definitely...

“We loved our stay at this resort. The drive up was pretty intense as it’s out the way, so we didn’t spend loads of time in the accommodation but wow the views were incredible morning & evening looking out to the river!! Food was nice, staff very friendly. They had dogs on site which were very friendly also. Can be very noisy throughout the night with dogs howling and birds.”
